WARNING !!! Action will be taken on SPECULATORS of the two high-profile cases!

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said bloggers, news websites and certain printed media continued to speculate on the two cases (Anwar’s sodomy allegation and Balasubramaniam’s statutory declaration against Najib Tun Razak) although police were still investigating them (Source: New Straits Times).

“Baseless rumours were also being spread among the public regarding these cases. This is very dangerous as it has negative implications on society,” Ismail said at Bukit Aman yesterday.

Looks like the police has to detain like millions of people in the country, coz sorry mate, the whole country is speculating – everywhere – coffee shops, universities, government departments, hospitals…

These stories have spread like wild fire. I don’t think it’s gonna stop, not for a hundred years to come.

You can’t help it. The police, the AG chambers, the judiciary, they have all lost their credibility. It’s hard to restore that. And who is to blame? No one but yourselves.

And to me, this warning simply comes across as a threat to those who want to pressure the relevant parties to reveal the truth and take the appropriate action immediately. Don’t you feel so?

And now for a little update on the two cases (and we are supposed to be satisfied with it), that Ismail said:

On the sodomy allegation against Anwar, by his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, Ismail said police had recorded statements from more than 20 witnesses.

“We have yet to record Anwar’s statement but we expect to do it soon.”

On Balasubramaniam, Ismail said the former Special Branch detective was in good health when he had his statement recorded at an undisclosed overseas location, earlier this week.

Ismail said Balasubramaniam had left the country on his own accord and it was still unclear whether or not he intends to return home anytime soon.

  9. kwai lan,

don’t worry. I would rather have Pak Lah be the PM for the next 2 years than Najib. Let Pak Lah be prosecuted by The Pakatan Rakyat before the 2010 comes. It’s easier that way. This Najib is thoroughly terrible and bad news.

Guys, let us all pray to the ALmighty God and to the Great Universe, please save Malaysian from these goons.

We have seen many political and corporate leaders in Malaysia that was murdered for less in the past decades with the latest in JB prior to PRU12 at MIC building. Looking at the impacts to the economic and stability of Malaysian these liwat and Altantunya case produced, I am wondering why they are still breathing. My hyphothesis is that this scenario is just a divertion, carefully orchrestrated by the political masters of both BN and PR.

In Political Science, in order to preserve National Interest, politicians are willing to drag the country to war. After all in war they lose nothing as they would still in power (Like Bush) or probably had ran away prior to the D Day to other state (Like Thaksin).

They care less about the well being of the nation. They only care about their pocket and belly. While the nation is concentrating on DPM, DSAI, Bala and Saiful, these people inclusive of DPM, DSAI, Bala and Saiful gain tremendously through financially and popularity. DPM still earn his monthly pay and not inclusive of other income. DSAI still earn his popularity as I think money is not his main concern now. Bala and Saiful still earn financially, at least free meals and resident through the expense of tax payers money or other organisation under whatever WITNESS PROTECTION programme.

At the end of the day, we commoners are the one who are suffering to this political drama that should be nominated and presented with Oscar Award for the best film, director, actor, actress and so on…..

Jeyklls and Hydes in Malaysia. Are you?

Malaysians in dilemma? So many events and news both real and unreal. Don’t know who to believe? Bombarded with too much spins. These are the quotes, we now hear.

“Give up”, “Fed up”, “Wait and See”, “Lost interest”, “Headache”, “Cannot believe anyone”, “Who to believe ah?”, “Niamah”, “Pening kepala”, “Pening otak”, “Sudah lah”, “Pi mampus”, “Insyallah (God Willing)” or raise your palm and fist and put them together on National tv or http://www.Youtube.com or http://www.malaysiakini.com or http://www.Malaysia-today.net or other blogs.

Why? Because it depends on what you want to perceive and your bias toward your own race, color, religion, party, groups, interests, superiority or plain dumbness.

That makes you something of a Jeykll and Hyde if you can’t differentiate between facts and fictions, good and evil, right and wrong, true or false. Too many Malaysians can’t decide now whether to become Jeykll or whether to become Hyde or when to become Jeykll or when to become Hyde.

Think hard and search your conscience from deep within and “Viola” you can differenciate between Night from Day. Throw out bias towards race, creed, superiority, affiliations, religion and beliefs, greed, power, cronyism etc and then see whether some of the things happening around is right or wrong , true or false, evil or good, facts or fiction.

    1. Altantuya was killed and blown to bits. (Fact or Fiction).
    2. Sodomy is as evil as murder. (True or False).
    3. Anyone accused are innocent until proven guilty. (True or False).
    4. Statutory Declarations and Police reports can be made to fool people. (True/False).
    5. Anyman or woman will swear on his religion or beliefs to save his own skin. (True/False).
    6. Race superiority is needed to rule Malaysians. (Fact or Fiction).
    7. Religious superiority is needed to rule Malaysians. (Fact or Fiction).
    8. All poor people need to be helped by Government. (True or False).
    9. Corruption is a fact of life and should be tolerated. (Fact or Fiction).
    10. ISA is needed because prevention is better than cure. (Fact or Fiction).
    11. Free education is a right for all Malaysian children. (True or False).

    13. Free speech is a right of all Malaysians. (True/False).
    14. Freedom of religions and beliefs is a right of all Malaysians. (True/False).
    15. Liberty is a right of all Malaysians. (True/False).

These guys are practically telling 99 lies to cover 1 truth! It gets more unbelieveable by the day, that’s why everyone from taxi drivers to 70 years old grandmas have their own version of what is the ‘truth’! My advice to them is to ‘bertaubat’, surrender themselves to God, not their mortal masters, and may they then be guided to uphold the real truth and justice. Until then, we will all be left wondering…

  21. police thought they have C4 and they wanted to control millions of rakyat. Infact they worst than MAFIA. They are so corrupted, lies, rob, even rape innocent girls in POLICE STATION! What a shame!! We RAKYAT will never TRUST POLICE, They have completely loss their credibility. Now they started threatening the RAKYAT like this. RAKYAT will tell the POLICE to go to HELL soonest possible!!! Where is our HUMAN RIGHTS and FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!! Shouldnt Bala be the one to be summoned to police station, like what they did to Wan Azizah, MB selangor, Tian Chua etc?

Why the special treatment? Can a PI afford to stay overseas with whole family, for how long? Whose financing his hidden holiday?

How come police know exactly where to find Bala? Funny la… scratch scratch scratch!!!

Working in a big organisation I’m used to all the grandiose apple-polishing…and even hero-worshiping of the ‘top man’….all unabashedly carried out by those below him…this includes telling ‘Yes” “Yes” ‘Yes’ to him (even when he is wrong) and glorifying him in extravagent birthday galas etc where the nations top models are literally ‘offered’ to him on stage as ‘mark of respect and adoration for our beloved founder”…and in the process suppressing dissent especially at lower level at all costs. And in this organisation that i work anyone who speaks the truth is immediately castigated and treated as pariah. Interestingly i see an amazing parallel in this to the set-up and running of our nation for the past 30 years or so…..that increasingly we are not supposed to question…not supposed to talk…and not supposed to discuss the TRUTH!! As a Christian i know that God allows these atrocities to happen…to strengthen us spiritually and to keep our faith in Him…because at his appointed timing the judgement will have to be served (beware all the Tan Sris and Tuns)…..so take courage my fellow Malaysians….the history of our country is now in the ‘REVELATION’ mode…Lets continue to press on for the truth..LETS KEEP OUR FAITH!…at all costs.. for a brighter future for our children.

C4, a military explosive, is not something you can buy at a supermarket and can use this to have blown up the Mongolian Woman into smithereens. If the command did not come from the highest level will the policemen and the C4 expert take the commands & instructions from a nobody by the name Razak Baginda to carry out the tasks of the henchmen to murder and took great efforts to destroy the body of the Mongolian Woman beyond any trace but God is great the heinous criminal conspiracy is exposed. There were no motives for the nobody by the name Razak Baginda, the fall guy, the Policemen & C4 expert to commit murder and destroy the Body of the Mongolian Woman except to get cash or seek promotions through dubious means from the one and the only Power with a motive for this heinous crime. Why hasn’t the police found the source from where did the C4 came from and the culprit C4 expert who placed the charges and detonated the C4 on the Mongolian Woman, there could not be many real sources of the C4 and nor are there many C4 experts in Malaysia unless there is a conspiracy to cover up. Also, the Immigration Entry record of Alantuya’s coming into Malaysia was deleted but the Police did not get the Immigration Personnel Culprit who has had the access into the Immigration Computerized System for the Entry Records to have done this in his conspiracy with the Murderers, there could not be many who have authorized access to these Entry Records.

The Malaysian Police are all not only bullying thugs but also all are cowards who are cowed by the mighty high ranking politician and are cowed into covering up for him.
The Malaysian Police are nothing but all bullying thugs who know how to bully the ordinary citizens fighting for their basic rights like fighting for the access road in Cheras and also bullying the ordinary citizens who recently protested the fuels price hikes, which did have a domino effect resulting in price hikes in foods and essentials, which should not have been hiked as well because Malaysia is the nett producer and exporter of Crude Oil and we should be enjoying the windfall profits from Crude Oil like all Oil Producers and Exporters if the Country’s resources are not badly mis-managed by the greedy, corrupted, incompetent & moronic high ranking politician who helm the BN Government to hike the fuels prices not out of necessity but out of greed in order to plunder, cheat & rob the Malaysian Citizens of their Purchasing Power & reasonable cost of livelihood in revenge for their GE12’s losses to the opposition. Throw out that despotic moronic rotten tyranny soonest possible to stop the rot now otherwise Malaysia’s wealth could be decimated in no time with such chronic rotten tyranny.

Well, why is it so hard for bloggers and public to shut their mouths and stop speculating in the first place? I mean, what good does it bring, a betterment for the country, the nation? It will make us better individuals and help society? Of course it IS highly impossible and ridiculous for them to actually “take action”. But confusing the public as they already are is NOT going to help the case anyway, so? So probably we normal people, bloggers, writers, whatever should rethink what exactly we are helping (or making it worse?) when we make rumours, speculate, etc.

    The truth hurts.

The Chinese or the yellow race is what brings progress. Just look at Asia……….is enough.

Whether they do it internationally or locally they will survive.

We can distinctly see the lowering of Malaysia standards of living as the percentage of Chinese in this country goes down.

In the 70s we were tops with 40 over percent of Chinese and today with only 25 percent we are far behind Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea.

Main reason is the number of such Chinese migrating to these countries – the best ones and rich ones.

Next ten years as the percentage goes even lower, we would be nearing Indonesia or Philippines.

Meanwhile enjoy your stay and the good time.

On the whole as the Chinese spreads out throughout the world, the average standards of these will have much higher standards of living over others.

  46. konek says:

We are reminding Najib and Mahathir about this, that Malaysia is not an Islamic state and it is not in a social contract.

Malay Sakai, so please tell Badawi about it. Umno has always threatened the non-malays with riots and chaos. Nobody in Malaysia has started riots and chaos except for Umno.

Umno has a deep rooted tradition of starting riots and chaos when every time they can’t debate sensibly.

The social contract is there alright and many do not question it. But is the social contract followed according to the spirit or hijacked to the benefit of a few?

Just look at the number of huge projects that has failed is proof enough. Yet these are treated like normal – part of everyday happening.

    Gosh……….

All the social contract talk does not hold any water, when you have people in power, namely Umno abusing their power. In fact, they are indirectly telling you, that they have the right to abuse the power. Is this fair? Of course it is unfair. You don’t even need a social contract to tell you whether it is fair or not.

Social contract didn’t say that Malaysia is an Islamic state. On the contrary the social contract expressly stated that Malaysia was and is not an Islamic state.

Now the deliberate misinterpretation, apparently accepted by Umno, is that Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) is an Islamic state!

Sabah and Sarawak would never have joined Malaysia if they had known that Malaysia will be deemed an Islamic state.

If the social contract meant that the non-malays would merely exchange the British masters for the malay masters, they would never have agreed to join the malays for independence.

What is the difference of having the British lording over the non-malays and having the malays doing the same to the non-malays! Probably worse. At least the British had some respect for fairness while the malays have none!

So to get independence, the malays needed the non-malays. Without the non-malays agreement, the British would not have granted independence. So, is that not also part of the social contract? It is not a one-sided malay right. The malays would not be where they are without the non-malays.

  48. Hon says:

To me, Ketuanan Melayu is the false notion of malay greatness or malay supremacy. Truth is – there is nothing to associate the malay race with greatness.

By any widely accepted standards, it will be obvious to see that the malay race does not qualify to be called one of the great races on this world. Truth is that the Chinese and Indians have a culture accomplished far greater and much more than these jokers have.

It should be Chinese and Indian supremacy in Malaysia. The only reason why malays have power in Malaysia is because they have the biggest population, and the racist rhetoric of the malay Umno politicians always sway the malay vote towards themselves.

Anyway, back to the untrue notion of Ketuanan Melayu. Let us see what malays have accomplished. Has any malay won the Nobel Prize – no. Has any malay been nominated for the Nobel Prize – most probably not.

By contrast, numerous Chinese and Indians have won the Nobel Prize and various other awards. The Chinese and Indian diaspora is widely recognized as two of the three most successful diasporas in history, the other being the Jewish diaspora. All over the world, Chinese and Indians have become successful artists, CEOs, doctors, filmmakers, scientists, writers, etc, etc.

Name one malay who is widely recognized around the world in his or her field. The only malay whose name might be recognized out of this country is Mahathir, and he is part Indian. Is malay culture recognized as a world renowned culture – no.

Malay culture, if cultures were ranked, would be close to the bottom. What is their culture compared to the great Chinese and Indian cultures that are centuries old and really rich! The Chinese and Indians have a 5000 years old history during which China and India have played a very important part in world history.

Nobody knew about malays until the Indian kings of south India first came here. That is why the oldest archeological remains in Malaysia, in Lembah Bujang, are Hindu temples.

The malay sultanate itself was started by a Hindu – Parameswara. And even at the height of its power, the Malacca sultanate was nothing more than a vassal of the Chinese emperor.

Have any malay architect designed anything worthwhile – no. Have any malay author won the Booker Prize or the Pulitzer Prize – no. Have any malay filmmaker won an Oscar – no. Have the malays achieved anything in sports – no.

Chinese and Indians have achieved all this. So there is no real Ketuanan Melayu. It is a fiction concocted by racist stupid politicians to keep the “kampung malays” happy thinking that they have had a glorious past.

They don’t. Their history isn’t worth mentioning. You would never find a mention of malays or Malaysia or Tanah Melayu in most books of world history while entire chapters are devoted to the history of China and India.

The discriminative constitution and law of Malaysia is just a recognition of this fact. The malay leaders and to every single malay knows that on a level playing field, the malays will never be able to compete with the Chinese and Indians.

It is a sad story for both Sabah and Sarawak for joining Malaysia. Just look at Brunei and Singapore to see the answer.

Sabah and Sarawak is being raped by Malaya till dry, all the oil and timber from the two states is being used to finance all the failed projects and also to feed all the Umno zealots.

Ask the Iban and Kandazan, they are being marginalized. Now the government even want to make the country into an Islamic state, did Sabah and Sarawak agree to join an Islamic state in the first place?

September 16 is a day for mourning, a day of shame for Malaysia.

  50. oversee says:

Who wants to stay home and serve here where meritocracy gives way to racial preference? I am a two-time graduate in University Malaya (masters and bachelors degree) and I used to hope that my children could enter a local university someday.

But with sliding university ranking and invisible barriers to keep non-malay students away, I have changed my mind. If I have the opportunity and money avails itself, I will send my children to overseas universities and ask them to emigrate there. We can rot and die here, but not the children.

This brain drain is not a problem to Umno at all. In fact, Umno is happy to see more and more of our talents leaving. Their power base will then be more secure.

All this started with Dr Mahathir. He believed that a half competent malay was better than a fully competent non-malay to serve the nation. This is clearly reflected in the progressive exclusion of non-malays from teaching profession academia, public service and other areas in the public sector as well GLCs since the early 1980s.

During Dr Mahathir’s ethnic cleansing of the Malaysia public service, thousands of qualified non-malays left the country for Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Such departure was view positively by Dr Mahathir – it meant that there were more positions available for malays. That short-term thinking has had dire consequences.

During the regional economic boom of 1990s, Malaysia prospered. There was plenty of money. Incompetence and corruption did not matter – a failure could always be rectified through bailout; high costs (e.g. Proton) could always be neutralised through subsidies (for export) or higher prices (for local consumption).

The scenario today is different. Competition is stiff. Newcomers such as Vietnam are breathing down our neck. Giants (India and China) have awakened and are marching unimpeded.

Malaysia needs to exploit all its resources to meet the global challenge. Ignoring 40% of its most valuable resource (e.g. human capital – Indians, Chinese and East Malaysians) is no way to meet the challenge.

Badawi needs to put in place a policy for exploiting the most valuable resource Malaysia has – its people, including the Indians, Chinese and others. Otherwise, this resource will move away to the competitors of Malaysia.

If deployed properly, the talents will be a source of competitive advantage. If not deployed appropriately, the talents will become a source of relative competitive disadvantage for Malaysia when they end up in other countries.

Majority of the non-malays work in multinational companies. With the rate our government and GLCs pissing off these MNCs! These MNCs are moving out of Malaysia.

Get real! Why majority of the non-malays don’t work inside GLCs? What do you think they would do when these MNCs are gone? Work in GLCs or emigrate outside Malaysia?

Some of my friends are always skeptical of Singapore.

Of course, Singapore intention is to protect their own interests (isn’t what a government is for) – talented people are very mobile nowadays. Singapore also encounters brain drain to the West (US, EU, Australia), so they need new talents to come in.

They prefer Malaysians, as there are cultural ties – easy to adapt to the environment (multiracialism, language, weather, etc), like their Mr Everest climbers.

But they also welcome white mans, Thais, Indians, and Hong Kong Chinese too etc. Just take a MRT ride or go to the housing estate – you see many foreigners (not the illegal immigrant type).

We have our own national interests and should protect it, but we have more outflow of talent than inflow. Just see how we treat the economist who had a different method of calculating the bumi ratio of the economy – how to attract talent?

Some of my Malaysian friends have been offered citizenship and a few have accepted……….so those talents not going back to Malaysia.

Singapore is following US policy, US still attracted the best brains from all over the world regardless of color, check out the composition of employment in term of nationality in Silicon Valley and Nasa, you will know why it succeed, America is land of immigrants.

Umno policy is that if Umno cannot have it no other Malaysian should have it. Umno prefers a Mat Salleh (because that is a temporary situation) to have it rather than any other non-Umno Malaysian to have it.

I have been advising my relatives and friends for a long time since years ago – to encourage their children to apply for a Singapore scholarship to attend a university in Singapore even it that means she/he has to serve Singapore for 10 years.

At least, that will provide him for the future. So what is 10 years! He is free to utilise his talent as he pleases after that 10 years. I have 3 nephews who got Singapore scholarships, then served the Singapore government and are now working and being successful in Hong Kong and America.

They are heads of multinational companies. They will never be allowed to succeed in Malaysia because there is identification of race with jobs. All jobs even slightly, connected with the Umno government must have malay employees. That is the new NEP.

Dear Malaysians, I don’t understand why the brains should not leave this country. The malays are definitely feel threaten by these brains, so we rather let them leave the country.

Malaysia pays peanuts and racially biased! That is why! Simple as that! Go to England, Australia and even the US hospitals and take a count of how many Malaysian born doctors are there, good doctors, man!

I traveled the world over and have lived in UK, Australia and the US. I have talked and met to these doctors. They not being unpatriotic, it is the Malaysia that is not doing the right thing!

I think Singapore should attack Malaysia and expand its territory to southern Johor. All the Indians and Chinese should migrate to southern Johor, and together with Singapore, forms a new Singapore.

Ex-Malaysians in exiles like myself will support this feasible plan. I am sure millions of overseas and mainland Chinese and Indians are excited about my suggestion.

When all the Muslim brothers from Uganda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nigeria, Indonesia etc etc, become bumis, and enjoy the handout from NEP, there will be the day when the malays realize that they are being marginalize by its own Umno policy.

You can start counting the increasing numbers of Mamak in politics!

In Malaysia, we Malaysian Chinese just need to compete with fellow Malaysians only (where mostly lazy people). Easy to become rich – as we are governed by stupid and lazy people.

We can easily own several houses, luxury condos, own a bungalow at good location, as own and drive luxury cars in Malaysia.

In Singapore, not so easy, we have to compete with Singapore Chinese, Hong Kong Chinese, China Chinese and Taiwan Chinese. Not easy to become rich as Singapore government too smart.

Malaysia will continue to lose its talents not only to Singapore, and other countries but the Umno malays don’t give a damn. Their thinking is so long as the malays benefit, the country can go to the pigs and dogs.

They hold the entrenched view that it is better for Malaysia to be another Zimbabwe or Nepal if being in the ranks of Singapore and Japan means malays losing out to the others.

Lim Keng Yaik said that Singapore was a small country, so it was easily to govern. In fact, it is not so. Because of its size, it lacks most of the factors of production that we learn in economics.

Land is scarce, and its domestic market is small. However, it recognises that what it has is its labours. No wonder that it is wooing all the brains from Malaysia, since Malaysia does not appreciate them.

Instead, Malaysia seems to be attracting the top criminals as shown by the sharp increase in crime rate. Malaysia with its oil, tin, rubber, oil palm etc, will forever not be able to beat a small country like Singapore because of its incompetent leaders and their cronies who are only interested in their own pockets.

Before the NEP, UM was one of the top universities in the world. After the NEP, it has become trash because it rejects the best minds. The only pro of NEP is if you are in Umno or a friend of theirs.

All the Singaporeans I have met were very nice to me and treat me like one of theirs. We are the same people and I am always in favour of reunification with Singapore.

Discrimination in the private sector is everywhere. Even the Chinese businessman who is just starting gets discriminated against more established ones, unless he has a mentor to back him up.

As for career interviews, it is best to get a recommendation first. If I am using my own money, it is my right to choose whom I want – even to the extent of discrimination. Why would I want to hire someone that I cannot have lunch with, work with or converse with?

The BN government on the other hand is discriminating against the non-malays not with the malay money, but with probably the Chinese money as the latter pay the bulk of income tax collected in the country. That we are against.

  52. fong says:

Lee Kuan Yew said recently the relationship between Malaysia and Singapore has not always been smooth sailing, and so investing in the Iskandar Development Region (IDR) may not always be smooth sailing for Singaporean companies.

This is simply a statement of fact that nevertheless appears to have gotten local Umno leaders into a tizzy.

Every local Umno politician hopes to be in a position to be approving investment flows into the country because to stand as gatekeeper is a very lucrative position, and when public squabbles erupt between Umno politicians about who is the better “protector of malay privileges and rights”, it usually means someone just wants a bigger cut of the investment action for himself.

    Go figure that one.

Of course, the relationship between Malaysia and Singapore is special because of the race relations issue.

Singapore has been the favourite whipping boy of the Umno-controlled malay vernacular press for the last 50 years, and if anything are seen as even bigger devils than the local Chinese and Indian citizens of Malaysia in the eyes of Malaysia’s malay Muslims.

The fact is Singapore’s development model has meant that Singapore’s malays are far better educated, far better equipped, far better paid, far more self-confident, and self-reliant to deal with globalisation than malay Muslims in Malaysia.

This makes Ketuanan Melayu, the malay Agenda, and the NEP look like failed racist apartheid policies that have impoverished everyone except Umno cronies. Of course, Umno must demonise Singapore to maintain the illusion that Umno politicians are nationalists and not parasites, and more so if Singapore happens to be better educated, meritocratic, richer, and safer than Malaysia.

Malay Muslims in Malaysia have been brainwashed by Umno for the last 50 years into thinking that the Chinese and Indians both Malaysians and Singaporeans have gotten rich at their expense, and this perception probably won’t change anytime soon because Umno does not have another elections winning formula if it dumps the present demonisation formulas.

Every time Singapore’s first world achievements are compared with the sluggish competitiveness, economic, educational, professional, scientific, technological, and social standard in apartheid Malaysia, there is the predictable keris waving, baying for blood, and frothing at the mouth in every Umno up and down the country in Malaysia.

Although Chinese and Indian Malaysians have simply accepted the gross racial discrimination in business, education, and job as a fact of life in Malaysia, the non-apartheid non-NEP meritocratic Singaporean mindset may not have the stomach for this particular type of nonsense in the IDR.

I think Lee Kuan Yew is way too smart to think the demonisation process of the Chinese and Indians in the Umno-controlled malay vernacular press is going to stop anytime soon. How else is Umno going to win elections except by continuing to perpetrate the lie that the orang asing minorities in Malaysia are a threat to the malays?

Nevertheless Lee Kuan Yew may be hoping Chinese and Indian Singaporean investors will not be discriminated against in the IDR in comparison with investors from countries like China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States.

In the meantime, I am sure it will simply be business as usual for the rest of us in racial and religious apartheid Malaysia.

I am currently studying in the Australia, I grew up with the slogan “Malaysia Truly Asia” – however, this is not true, it seems more like “Australia Truly Asia” and let me explain why I think so – when I first landed here, I saw a multi-cultural society consisting of people from various ethnic backgrounds.

It doesn’t even matter if the person has landed on the moon, you will only be awarded if you can prove that you deserve it. Your well being here depends on who you are (your personality), and what you can contribute!

Unlike Malaysia, where opportunities are given to the malays, regardless of what they are worth of. Shame! As a Malaysia citizen myself, I am ashamed to tell fellow Australia citizens that I am from Malaysia, because they all know that people like malays are given privileges.

The malays have no pride in themselves and that is why they will never ever be able to compete on a level playing field. There is so much discrimination among the other races that there is no sense of pride whatsoever in being a Malaysian.

Your eyes are open now because you are in the Australia. That is the difference between a developed country and a third world dump!

I feel I am not very comfortable with Indonesia. The government, when think of it, it is also quite funny.

First, they don’t want Chinese to be in their country. Good, kill Chinese and get them out of the country. After when they are no Chinese in Indonesia, now look at the country – A junk country. Useless currency, the country is overpopulated with uneducated peoples.

No more Chinese in Indonesia mean no one do business there. Because 70% of the economy are control by Chinese. In addition, majority of the companies are own and run by Chinese.

And you? You are just a person filled with racial jealousy. Proof? Why should we prove anything to you? We are a prosperous and rich race, I couldn’t care less if dirt crawler like you don’t believe it. Back to the hole you came from!

Malay, you are in denial. You want evidence? Just open your eyes and see! All around you, in China, in Indonesia, in the TV, on the street, everywhere! Chinese are superior money makers!

Ha……….it is not about boosting our ego. I mean why would we have to? We have so much to be proud of already. It is a matter of truth.

I am sorry if you can’t take the reality that malays aren’t the ones who control a good amount of economy in South-East Asia. But it is not like you don’t have anything to be proud of.

I am not thinking that our race is the best. I am talking the truth. Look at Indonesia before the riot, the country is stable and well. But after they have thrown all the Chinese away, the country has fallen. And lots of poor peoples there. The logic is already able to tell you.

Hahaha! Despite living in Malaysia, I already have second home in Perth. Why should I must live in Malaysia! What a fool!

I will pay loyalty to Australia. Why should I pay my loyalty to country like Malaysia which only care about their own ass malays? Where Chinese are treated as second class citizens there!

Why should I care about your people, and also I don’t care about your people anymore. Because I am spending more time live at Australia. One day you will see your country become a second Iraq and collapse. You will see the time will come.

Malay, stop your stupid thinking. The truth is the truth. One more thing, you make the laugh when I think of, you can’t even compete with the Chinese! Most Chinese think that your kind is crook. If you know where what I mean.

Your anti Chinese thinking will never improve your people. You should look into yourself before you insult other races.

You can’t even compete with the Chinese, my friend. We are everywhere. Doing business, earning money. Anti Chinese is always anti China. Every word is against the China. Even China become superpower, you will find something to say China is bad. Ha!

It is extremely unwise for a Chinese to flaunt his wealth in Indonesia. He should have kept quiet about his wealth and stash away his money in a hidden Swiss Bank account.

A country is poor because of its own faults, don’t blame others. China was extremely poor until the 1980s when it decided to drop its arrogant ideal and open its economy.

For example, if you want to be rich. What are you going to do? Of course, think logic and hard working. That is how a businessman will success. Don’t blame anyone else if you are poor. Blame yourself for not smarter enough and work harder to be rich.

This is different – Chinese success in Indonesia, where the malays start killing Chinese is because of jealousy. And Indonesians should stop blaming Chinese for monopolizing the economy, because Indonesians themselves are quite lazy compared with ethnic Chinese.

What do you expect, his Indonesia homeland is weak and the peoples are poor. His culture stays in the bottom of the world. Maybe he should look into himself before commenting other races. What a shame!

But come on, Chinese culture is obviously superior to those countries in South-East Asia such as the Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.

China has had an ancient civilization and a long commercial tradition. It is no coincidence that Chinese have uniformly dominated the economies of this region for so long. It is a cultural difference, not a racial one.

If Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines adopt Chinese culture and become Chinese way, they would be just as successfully. It is a matter of cultural values and a certain worldview.

The Malays (or the over million of Malays civil servants)will start blaming the Chinese for not paying enough to keep them going, when there is no more oil revenue left in a matter of a few more years. Even some smarter Malays have immigrated.
Who are the ones left paying the taxes ? Majority of the tax monies are from the Chinese. The other taxes are surely insufficient to run a corrupted country like Malaysia and keep the Malay civil servants paid?

Judging the Truth – law of Gravity of Truth by JBao 12 July 2008

Judging the truth is very easy. Everyone can do it. Just read the actions in sequence (or the body language) rather than the verbal /oral statements. In the PI Bala’s case, see how the police bend backwards to record his statement. Since when did the police start the “home delivery service” for the common people? Even Raja Petra (a royalty) had to go down to the police station to have his statement recorded. Why search all over the world and the need to seek Interpol’s help to locate Bala? Just issue a warrant of arrest if Bala does not turn up to have his statement recorded. Why all the Sandiwara and the sudden “extension of extra-friendly police service” to a common man? By answering these simple and obvious questions, one can come to the truth of the matter. But can the truth be accepted? That is the question.
In the Anwar’s 2nd Sodomy case, the same questions can be asked. If there are no link between Saiful and Najib, why would Najib see Saiful before he lodged the police report? There are 7 rape/molest cases very day in Malaysia. You mean all of them have to consult with the DPM before they lodge their reports. If not, then why the exception to Saiful. So there again the truth is establish in double quick time. No need to resort to “being fed up”, “don’t know what to believe”, “Giving up”, “Wait and See”, “Lost interest”, “Headache”, “Cannot believe anyone”, “Who to believe ah?”, “Niamah”, “Pening kepala”, “Pening otak”, “Sudah lah”, “Pi mampus”, “Insyallah (God Willing)” etc, etc.
So my fellow Malaysians, be brave and KNOW THE TRUTH. We need to or otherwise the country will fall apart as nothing in this world will escape the GRAVITY OF TRUTH. By this law, all lies will eventually explode (like in the C4 case) while the TRUTH will remain at the centre core of the universe. The decay or half-life of the radio-active Lies will be dependent on the chain-reaction (rumor-mongering) of the public. Some lies have very short but explosive half-lives while slow decay LIES are less radio-active but simmer in and out of the news.
Never “bury the truth” as it will sow the “seeds of destruction/discontentment”. So you see there is no “escaping from the truth”. No doubt there will always be “bubbles of lies” before the truth is finally weigh down. This final process is also known as “nailing the coffin of lies”.
Fear not the GRAVITY OF TRUTH for the truth will eventually prevails over lies. The “STUPIDITY INDEX or SI” is the measure of time to arrive at the truth. Bohdowi recently praised Malaysians for putting Malaysia within the TOP TEN of the World’s SI list. Malaysia sits one position below Zimbabwe which currently occupies the world’s top SI.

Also in banks..they to syphone-out money through various trick…..we malays always wondering how one chinese at early 30th years old can have big savings and earned higher income as compare to majority malays…..
Chinese are not that brilliant as compare to malays….but how they manage to capitalised the economy…..I think we malay know how chinese have done it…but we malays always has small heart that said “oh don’t do that, it is not our culture and religious principles”……

Are you people blaming bloggers like Old Snake Cetek, Rascist in the Old Town near the Straits, Jawa Descendat who destroyed all documents when lost in GE, the 2.4 Million Dollar Man and others? If they are the ones which you have targeted, I stand by your side. You are absolutely right, because they are the ones who destroyed the pillars of civiliztion inBolehland and History will remember their evil deeds for ever.

These two guys have forgotten that their current Fed Guomen has no credibility and integrity because PM, DPM and Mins are telling lies. They have forgotten that MSM have lost their integrity long ago when they become the tools of their evil political masters.

Who will destroy the civilization? They are the selfish, corrupt and incompetent executives of the federal guomen, not the bloggers and the readers. The rakyat are matured enough to differentiate the black and white. Don’t insult and sodomise the wisdom of the Rakyat.

For SA, you a disgrace to your own state because you do not stand against injustice may be because they offer you a full minister post and yet you have betrayed most of the voters. What about the poverty in your state? What about the millions of illegals in your state under Project M? The list goes on.

Your incompetence in handling your portfolio which caused a big blunder in diesel supply 2 years ago, has actually been one f the major cause for the BN defeat. Shame on you. Don’t blame others for your own weakness and incompetence. Don’t divert the attention. Be brave enough to blame yourself. But do you have the courage? Are you listening to the people?

Have you really examined your own weaknesses? Have you really done enough for your people in your state for all these years when you are a powerful cabinet minister? Have your truly and sincerely devoted yourself in serving the people or just “bodeking” your evil political masters in KL? Are you 100% clean and you are not like others in the Fed Guomen? I bet you are one of the same species. Agree? Disagree?

I don’t think you have done that. So, don’t blame the bloggers and the Rakyat. They are building the spirit of true democracy and a more civilised world in Bolehland. Sadly, you are trying to destroy their efforts. Shame on you.

My conclusion is that you are in fact, not qualified to claim yourself a Wakil Rakyat and incompetent to be a Federal Minister. So step down asap since you have failed your own people in your own state. There are many more good people from your state who can do better than you.

As for the No 2 guy of the force, who is actually destroying the civilization?

Well, they are the ones who work only for their superiors and their evil political masters. They are the ones who cover-up the evidences of gruesome murder of poor Mongolian woman in order to protect their evil political masters. They are the ones who intimidate poor rakyat and become the slaves of the rich and powerful ruling elites. They are the ones who are corrupted and incompetent in serving the Rakyat. The list goes on. Are you one of them?

Many of us, who remain – ‘the idiots’, are professesionals too, some with degrees and diplomas up to Phds from ‘cangih’ instituitions in the west.
We don’t need to say we’ve a ‘Masters Oxford, Phd Yale or MIT’, etc. – that is left to our joker politicians and cheapo “datuks”.
We always remember we’re ‘real morons’, without a speck of intelligence nor emotional quotient – just plain stupido… Retards! Cretins!!
I’ve a friend who’s a doctor with a wife with a Phd and smart kids.
He like me travels all over the world, and both of us conclude that there is no place like “home”! Where izzt??
See “home” is not a place – it is in your “heart” – whether it be in Somalia, Myanmar, Malaysia or Norway/U.S./Switzerland blah, blah.
Don’t denigrate people who love Malaysia, and try to compare your new found citizenship and hope for our envy – because ultimately that’s what you are all saying – “I’m better than you!”. If so, let it be …
“Bollocks-to-you!”, so says my Aussie friend (who’s btw a Professor in Humanities & Sociology, if you need to know) – ” You really don’t know what you’ve got. In Malaysia, there is always someone to love and bury you when you drop dead! You know what I mean?…”
    I swear, being a retard, I don’t know.
Yeah, they might bury my corpse in a Muslim cemetry, but does my soul and spirit care?
From a “Tak Boleh” Malaysian Always – the idiot-la… cheers!

I read a lot of views and comments about people migrating to overseas. I have lived in this country for the last 52 years. I have Malay, chinese and Indian friends of various professions and we will live and die in this country for racial problems occur everywhere. So many not nice things have been said of my Malay brothers. I am a civil servant working for last 33 years in govt.service. From my experience i can assure a lot of people that there are a lot of good malays who would like to live and work side by side with the Indians and chinese too make this country a safe and happy place to live in. Blame it on the fanatic Malays but dont blame all Malays. I will live and die in this country for I believe with vision 2020 ,things will change for a better Malaysia

Menyalak, you have put your side of the arguement well. I think given a choice no body want to leave Malaysia. It is indeed a generous land well blessed by the all mighty.

But the Government and greedy politicians have all but corrupted the land that we all love. They are the real enemies and thanks to the information superhighway the people now have a voice. Weak as it may be, we can now be heard.

Any attempt to silence the public must be resisted with the utmost contempt. We will be silent NO MORE.

  71. LimDokSa says:

No matter what UMNO cronies will do their utmost to stay in power! This group of crooks from stupid to numbskulls, from bodoh to tolol, will continue to plunder the country until it goes dry…then we see what’s going to happen next!
They see our comments, but not going to be bothered by it.

Going to PI (Bala’s) case, some of you said it fishy. I have to agree. Police claimed that they had located him to an Asean country and to take record of his statement. There’s one way to find out if Bala is really in one of the Asean country – is it possible to get his nephew to contact or write to the various Asean Immigation or Home Affairs depts. If one of them confirms, then of course Bala is safe. If all replied NO, then the police is lying…. One more thing, if Bala is safe in one of the neighbouring country, then why it was difficulty and inconvenient to talk to his nephew?

  72. ah Long says:

The BIGGEST problem facing the ruling elite is “what verdict to deliver on the Altantuya trial”.

If the verdict is those 3 are guilty and face the hangman then they will spill the beans and start talking.

If the verdict is those 3 not guilty then the public will scream for justice and the screaming will be the loudest on the internet blogs.

So better start to silence the bloggers now. Maybe arrest a few and spread fear in the blogging community.

I think in the next few weeks something or someone will be arrested to intimidate the bloggers. The Altantuya trial cannot last forever, they will have to come out with a verdict sooner or latter.

Yes…why has the tropic degenerates into racial slur. My parent didn’t pack and leave Malaysia after May 13. I ain’t going to pack my family and leave now. And I hope my children wouldn’t too. I have seen the bad and the good. If you left or want to leave…fair….goodbye….take care and remember to be a good PR. Just don’t sling shit back on Malaysia even if you were angry but happy in your newfoundland. If talking makes you feel better about making the choice to leave, well by all mean talk. Just don’t go into hate messages to regress on your decision. Frankly, if you are no longer Malaysian…you are no longer Malaysian. No matter how much you talk…you cannot make any different in the poll.

In life reality check, the racial factors are only some of the unfairness. These adversaries or inhibitors or obstacles never go away, period. They are always disguised in other forms…sooner or later. Some said they are there to entertain us lest we die from the boredom of perfection. We just have to face it in order to make life a little better at a time. Life isn’t fair for the majority of us. Do some of you think life is better for those with ‘NEP benefits’? If it is true, BN wouldn’t have lost so much. But at least, happiness and self satisfaction is something you can work on. Good health is also important. You may be happy migrated but others on the other hand may be miserable. Just ‘cos you feel good, you don’t think we can be happier as Malaysians?

Susan is writing about better judiciary and freedom, not about who did what wrong song. Stupid companies ran by corrupted idiots only exist because of politicians interference. It takes two to clap, therefore, it takes two to corrupt and two to resolve it. Next time, if the urge prop up to blame it on another race, just whistle, don’t write. You might be happier. Even make new friends. 🙂

  75. roy selvan says:

A Psalm of David. Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.

14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.

15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.

16 A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

18 The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.

19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

21 The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.

22 For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.

27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.

32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.

33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

35 I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.

36 Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.

37 Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

40 And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

What is Malaysia coming too ? Slowly but surely the wealth of the country is suck dry by BN and Umno goons. The brain drain is picking up,the police in this country is turning to be a big jokers in a circus. There is no credibility, the PM or the DPM is not going to turn the country into a prosperous state that it should be. The cheating and lies have been going for too long, soon the day will arrive when the country which should be on par with western countries but instead we are struggling with our daily lives due to the incompetence of the BN/Umno leaders. The police ,judiciary have lost touch with reality and truth, the goons leading it are half baked stooges who have sold the nations honour.
The bloggers, public, immigrants, and the whole world will be speculating on Malaysia, because the truth is hidden, when all the evidence are there for everyone to see. Its so crystal clear of what the BN regime is trying to hide and with the PDRM as the slaves who follows all orders from its master, then there is nothing much to say other then do our speculation of what happened. The MSM are controlled by the BN regime thus leaving the Internet world to counter all the false news and lies by the ruling BN regime.
The bloggers are setting things straight though not all of them, but the majority of them are neutral and hits the bulls eye all the time with their excellent comments.
The BN regime are running scared due to this and are threatening them now, this won’t work. The ruling government need to be kick out fast before this nation is destroyed, we are losing big investors. Thailand ,Vietnam and even
Cambodia are making big stride in their economy and with the rate we are going under BN, these countries will overtake us in a few years time. India and China are moving fast,we can’t afford to stay behind. Our talented people are moving out due to the BN/Umno policies which discriminate the non-malays in every aspect and level of living in Malaysia. The 12th GE is a turning point where all Malaysian, the Malays,Chinese,Indians and other races
have united and express our feelings of anger and the change we are looking for. The public had enough of the robbing,mis-management and plundering
of the nation’s wealth by these Umno bandits.
We are wasting much valuable time on the current events in Malaysia, though this does not mean all the cases need to be swept under the carpet, the truth should be allowed to prevail, the PDRM should not be a party in hiding all this facts but the aggressor in bringing out the justice which would have solved a lot of problems in Malaysia if they done their job without fear or favour.

  81. Orang Utan says:

The Pdrm and ATdrm puppets, who are supposed to protect us instead are resorting to intimidation, based on ‘rumors’ of impending ‘demonstrations’ and banning all ‘gatherings’ within a 5 km. radius of Parliment Hse! Guess where they are getting their info from? Yeah: 991!
Roadblocks center, left and right. Why waste our time & petrol – woi, tak tahu harga dah naik ka???

Is so easy to call out other race and be judgemental why their race failed in certain area. Instead of bashing them why not offer solution and suggestion to them on how to improve. What you sow is what you reap. So, the Chinese in Malaysia need to help the Malay out so that they can stand on their two feet. Not just stand around and tell them their faults. No one like to be told of their short coming.
If you want a better Malaysia not only fight the change of government but also provide a blue print for the Malaysia. It must include how to help Malay to build a strong midde class. If not nothing will change 50 years from now even if we are able to bring PR into the government.

On Saturday 12th July, AFTER our client has voluntarily agreed to present himself to IPK KL on Monday 14th July at 2 pm, the police in contravention of the voluntary agreement, went about harassing and intimidating his staff members and family members the next day, in attempting to serve an order under Sec 111 CPC.

This was totally unnecessary given that we were all in an unconditional agreement, in advance, that our client will appear at IPK KL at 2pm today.

Our client has duly protested the uncalled for behaviour of the police and have sent a letter indicating the same, to the police yesterday at 5 pm.
