It is NOT!

So, it looks like we don’t need a motive to kill someone. Wow! What a great judgement. Only in Malaysia, I guess. What happens to the basic elements of crime – “the act does not make a person guilty unless the mind is also guilty?” . This is something I learnt in first year law studies. I did not continue to study law but I remembered this element. It is the basis for all crimes, and also to ensure just punishment.

So, if there is no motive in her killing, does it mean this is not murder? So, Altantuya must have died of natural death? Natural death caused by “blasted-related injuries”. A new one in medical science. Haha.

Hahaha, in Malaysia, semuanya terbalik (everything’s opposite). That’s Malaysia, truly Asia, for you:

  1. You are referring to the set of laws in Malaysia set only for Umno, in a lot, a lot of cases in the first instance one will be acquitted then upon appeal inevitably the case will be found guilty, This is Umno judiciary, truly ‘independent’ !

Interestingly, currently there is a multiple murder case very much similar to this case in the Malaysian courts, and would be interesting to see whether the same laws apply.

The UMNO judiciary system is truly independent of justice! Proud to be PERVERSE for hubristic and scummy UMNO!!

In Bolehland, the denizens are expected to be zombies anyway and do things without motives necessary – according to the regime.

Susan, another joke from our judiciary. What else is there to say about them? Stupid as stupid can be.

When our great exalted, racist and apartheid leader, Mamak a/l Kutty gobbled up everything in sight during his 22 year watch, what he left behind or rather puked for the rakyat is a very much emasculated judiciary manned mostly under the NEP mode so much so there isn’t even a semblance of justice in most of their pronouncements.

    Susan,

    You should stayed in school.

Motive is never a prerequisite in determining murder under the Penal Code. The Courts have distinguished between “motive” and “intention” long time ago.

Who is responsible for the rotten judiciary – Dr M,the sick doctor? Who is responsible for the present kangaroo courts – zany Najib? Both are devils & equally evil & disgusting !!!
