Sabahans are patriotic to the nation and will fight to their last drop of blood to defend the nation. And they are always reminded to adhere to and believe in the Constitution. My question is, which constitution are we talking about NOW?
Tun Fuad Stephens had called for the review of the provisions in the constitution of the country because it did not seem to reflect what was intended by the original Malaysian agreement. Look what happened to him and his cabinet – “dead”. Was it political assassination? The people of Sabah have been oppressed to the extend that they have to BEG for development funds and any meaningful funds comes only once every 5 years during the elections. Sabahans must not and should not be beggars in their own land, They MUST RISE and demand back what rightfully belongs to them.

Najib`s is fine by the looks of it, Rosmah gets photoshopped all the time by Latuk Waste Carrier Wai. Now she looks attractive enuf to go back to work in a GRO lounge.
Semi value`s constitution is a bit off color these days, not that anyone notices on account of his kompleksion.
Chua soiled lake`s constitution is great probably on his morning & nite viagra vitamins.
Perkosa Ibrahim constitution has got better since he started serving “tongkat ali” to “Bang Kit” of DAP.
Even, Dr M`s constitution is better since he started taking “tongkat ali” to cure his dilema which he lamented, in his blog, was “dead” and he could no longer have erections.

Nowadays, it is extremely difficult to deal with the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) under the Prime Minister Office and the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under the Ministry of Human Resources. They will try with all means and ways to frustrate the ordinary Malaysians.
On 2.2.2010, I registered a complaint to PCB but the first break through was at a meeting on 13.4.2010 but there was no resolution. Currently, it is put on hold because DSD has invoked the clause “obligations of secrecy,” which seeks to prohibit any officers from DSD responsible for skills development from disclosing any information which has been obtained in the course of their duties. This is way they silence the ordinary Malaysians.
A Complainant, who had written a letter published in the Malaysiakini on 3.5.2010 (http://www.malaysiakini.com/letters/130844) headlined “Public Complaints Bureau dragging its feet,” might in such a dilemma. PCB’s reply to the letter is filed under http://www.malaysiakini.com/letters/130926.
I appeal to Mr. PM, Sir, to help the ordinary Malaysians and not during buy-election. You help us and we may help you. Can you set a timeframe for PCB and DSD to settle the outstanding issue? My allegation is more than 8 months old.

The Sabahan writer has a valid question – which constitution is being followed? The present constitution or the previous constitution embobying the agreement reached when Malaysia was founded.
What were the terms and conditions of the agreement reached between the leaders of Sabah and the Malaya before the merger? It is definitely informative know what they are.
So can someone be kind enough to spell out the merger terms and conditions in the blog for the information of all concerned?
