Najib’s not even 100 days in administration yet, and there had been 160 arrests of civilians, including people’s representatives and lawyers.

He seems to have no control over his home minister (oh ya, they’re cousins!) and his MIS-information minister who goes about town ordering the media to shut up on many  socio-political issues, while suggesting ISA for bloggers.

Even T-shirts, birthday cakes, and balloons are not spared the wrath of the Najib administration.

A nightmare! Disaster in the making!

While he has released 26 detainees from Kamunting for political reasons, he has sent Mas Selamat to the camp without trial. Singapore will be pleased.

Nightmare? Who’s next?

Mahathir Mohammad, dubbed dictator, iron fisted and all, had signed a peace accord with the Malayan communists way back in 1989, and Najib is hard hearted about its leader Chin Peng coming home.

“The government will not allow this because it would cause unhappiness, especially to the families of those who were killed during (the communist insurgency),” he said. (Malaysiakini).

So kind is he. And how about all the families who has been killed by the British and Japanese? We are still using British laws, mind you!

Najib faces a time when the country is in an economic doldrums, and all he does is  pleasing his own ego?

A very fat ego !

“The BNality of evil; the evil of BNality. Have you ever heard or read an utterance by a BN politician that wasn’t so dim, dull or such a litany of obfuscation and outright lies that it was anything but stupefyingly boring?

And no, fans of Dr Mahathir Mohamad (right) needn’t claim that their hero is an exception, as his every utterance is drearily, predictably false and sarcastic, and thus not a whit witty.”

    Suqiu ‘confounded’ by PM’s statement
    Leong Kar Yen

4pm, FRI: Malaysian Chinese Organisations Election Appeals Committee
(Suqiu) has said it is “confounded” by Prime Minister Dr Mahathir
Mohamad’s likening Suqiu with the threat by communists in the past and
    the extremist Al-Ma’unah group.

Suqiu secretary Ser Chun Eng told malaysiakini today he was “wondering
why” the Prime Minister made the comparison in his National Day speech
(PM likens Suqiu’s actions to communists and Al-Ma’unah, Aug 30).

He reiterated that when the appeals were presented to the cabinet in
September last year, they were accepted in principle, as stated by MCA
    president Dr Ling Liong Sik.

In a press statement yesterday, Suqiu expressed shock and objected to
Mahathir’s comparison of Suqiu with communists and Al-Ma’unah

(The Malaysian Insider) They have primed their guns. They are keeping the powder dry. And they are more than ready for a shoot-out at high noon with the Prime Minister.

Sounds like a cowboy movie but supporters of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad have been agitating on the Net against some of Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s recent moves.

In their sights are his decisions to not push the “crooked bridge” with Singapore and the possible appointment of Ethos Consulting founder Omar Ong to the Petronas board of directors and former minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar as Petronas chairman.

Those decisions have been made but now kept in abeyance due to rising opposition from Dr Mahathir’s supporters.

Singapore government must charge Mat Selamat as they had claimed that Sat Selamat is a terrorist. Why Singapore did not ask for the captured Mat back?

Najib is smart in keeping Mat Selamat under ISA and then he will tell the people that ISA is still relevant in Malaysia. What sort of terrorism had Mat done in Malaysia? Can anyone enlightens?

Anything that is likely to offend the BN Warlords is an offence.
    Fasting could be an offence.
Wearing black could be an offence.
Lighting candles could be an offence.
Baking birthday cakes could be an offence.
Lawyers seeing their client could be an offence.
Putting up campaign materials in an election could be an offence.

Deleting immigration records is not an offence.
Physical obstructing MP in parliamentary ground is not an offence.
Having detainees beaten to death while in their custody is not an offence.
Spending public money for family visits and Disneyland fun is not an offence.
Engaging in corrupt money politics is not an offence.

By Syed Jaymal Zahid, The Malaysian Insider

PAS spiritual leader Datuk Seri Nik Abdul Aziz joined an all-star ceramah session last night as Pakatan Rakyat stepped up efforts to wrap up the by-election and bag the win.

Nik Aziz went straight for the Barisan Nasional (BN) jugular and mocked prime minister and BN president Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s decision not to allow former communist leader Chin Peng to return to Malaysia, describing it as hypocritical.

“Chin Peng wants to come back and somebody asked me what I thought about it so I said if BN wants to reject the communists, then the same can be said about nationalists,” he said.

Up to that point, I a malay, agree with Nik Aziz.

hey Najis, did China dissallowed you to visit them even many chinese died or killed in Malaysia?

when are you going to visit Monggolia?

  17. ktteokt says:

Everything which offends Najis has become HARAM in Malaysia today! Even harmless things like black clothing, candles and now even fasting.

Just wondering if families of Chinese who have passed away will be hauled up to the police station for wearing black during mourning and the funeral procession. And what about Muslim ladies who wear “all black” from head to toes with even their face covered by a black veil? Wouldn’t they become potential “victims” under the current trend practised by Najis?

Even candles have become a taboo in Malaysia. Holding lit candles is an offence. Is parliament going to pass a law to forbid or restrict the manufacture, import, sale, storage, purchase and use of candles? Such a lifeless and harmless object has now become so sensitive in Malaysia. Next thing you know, burning candles in religious places and during power failure may be banned! And what happens when the Mid-Autumn Festival (Mooncake festival) arrives in four months’ time? Is everyone found lighting candles going to be arrested and jailed?

Fasting or puasa has now become a new criterion for arrest. Yesterday, those who fast in Perak were arrested. Since when has fasting become an offence? If so, perhaps Najis should sought the advice of Saudi Arabia to rewrite a new version of the Al-Quran for Malaysia which states that PUASA is HARAM! And I bet PDRM will have a very busy time during the month of Ramadhan when all Muslims PUASA!

  18. O'cassey says:

The son of rubbish bin knows his priorities well. The people’s wellfare must come later, if not at all. Grab control of Perak,Selangor,Penang and later maybe Kedah , finally Kelantan to show his room mate , AAB and TDM that he is real ruler material. That will put him above of AAB and TDM and always be able to be on top of his room mate whenever he wishes to be served the same old dishes. He can get offerings from many syts anywhere at any time at all with all the cyber dishes that they can concort, nowadays, like the tehtarik experts, any posisi pun boleh. PDRM is doing fine even wiyhout his biddings. Korek-korek’s offsprings are trying to out do the PDRM to massage his nuts .The porn CDson’s father is biting like a rabid hyena at any accusation at all at PR members every where. The list is long BUT NUMERO UNO is really killing the wrong tree. He should actually be chopping off the myriads of tentacles groping at his groins since he became numero dua under AAB till now . It is time for him to relook at the cabinet list and start to dump all TDM ‘s DNAs . NUMERO UNO should actually discard such self inflicted wounds from TDM torns growing all over his body. Get rid of the corrupted cronies as soon as possible in the cabinet for they are tarnishing NUMERO UNO’s “image”.Then Numero Uno will be at level playing field with PR JIHADIS and CRUSADERS.

    ‘Utusan will become very irrelevant’

Said Zahari: Now we can see that, although Utusan can survive with government support, they have lost complete credibility.

Look at the recent incidents against Teresa Kok. And then, why has this Chamil Wariya suddenly become a short story writer? I remember talking to some of the Utusan people who came to see me. I said: “What the hell are you doing this? What are you trying to prove?”

It’s because of this kind thing that people will lose confidence. Last week I read a report, referring to Malay-language newspapers, which said that the circulation for Utusan and Berita Harian has come down to about 200,000. It was up to one million before, with the Sunday paper; the daily paper used to have 300,000 to 400,000. Now it’s so low.

I told them: “If Utusan is stupid enough not to see this, then Utusan will become very irrelevant.” Nobody will care for Utusan anymore. Now that people have the internet, they have an alternative.

(Bernama) – A DAP division chief in Seberang Perai Selatan (SPS) today hit out at the party’s state leadership for failing to act on a complaint of irregularity involving its elected representative.

Nibong Tebal division head Teh Hock Yong claimed that the DAP leadership had kept mum although the complaint involving a sum from the elected representative’s allocation was made over two months ago to Penang Chief Minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng and state DAP chairman Chow Kon Yeow.

“I am disappointed that no action was taken and (there was) no response to the complaint either. This is not right as the state government has been talking about creating a competent, accountable and transparent (CAT) administration,” he told a press conference here.

Teh said he received a complaint from a committee member of a charitable association over an application for RM2,000 from the elected representative to buy a TV set, DVD player and instruments for the association’s activities.

However, he alleged that the equipment supplied by the elected representative was only worth about RM450 but the claim submitted by the latter to the Development Department at the SPS District Office was RM2,000.
