Naif TON Rasa was asked to respond to calls made by BN leaders that the solution to the Perak political impasse was by holding a state election (Malaysiakini).

“That is one of the options but under the constitution, it is something that does not have to happen. It depends on the sultan to consider,” said Naif, conveniently.

So, Sultan, what’s the verdict?

Looks like Naif is acting innocent here and trying to show us that it was ALL the Sultan’s fault.

That the Sultan, could have, from the beginning, directed an elections.

Oh my, the twist and the turns, and yet, Perak is still in a deadlock!

Meanwhile,  Naif also wants to speak to Pakatan fellas. Hey, why didn’t they bloody think of this earlier, huh?

His condition:

[1] must be open

[2] must follow rules and regulations inside and  outside the dewan;

Is Naif talking/reminding himself? After what happenned to Speaker V.Sivakumar and rest, can rules and regulations be followed?

After police went on a frenzy and arrested scores of others, what are the rules and regulations?

Perhaps, he is reminding the UMNO goons.

The Sultan of Perak being a learned Judge knows the legality of the issues involved. He knows full well that Pakatan has fallen on its sword of “hopping politicking”. So what’s the problem? Is democracy dead because Pakatan Buntut loses its majority? You are dead right why he is not taking sides.

The final outcome will be the BN agreed to the 3 frogs have resigned according to the letters sent to the House Speaker (from pakatan )

There will be elections for the 3 areas and hopefully the BN can win the 2 back.

This is what will be negotiated during the coming peace talks.

The 3 frogs are to be chopped for face savings and maybe asked to return some of the benefits.

BN is smart – the 3 frogs / turncoats will be play out. There will never be a good endings for traitors- be simple and abide to the protocol.

In Malaysia it is the UMNO leaders who are in POWER.

They are the ones who approve the SPENDING LIST of the Sultans which have NEVER been released by Parliament nor any of the the State Dewan.

Unlike ALL other CIVILISED Western Constitutional Monarchies, the Civil List are being published.

Even the Queen of Engl;and has to pay TAXES on her PRIVATE INCOMEs.

Her Consort and her children are subject to Civil and Criminal Laws including the occasional TRAFFIC Offences.

Therefore, in Malaysia the Sultans ARE SUBJECT of the UMNO politicians and their simple-minded followers.

BREAKING NEWS: UMNO’s Giving In. Will Call for By-Election in Perak

This is an info i received from my source within UMNO. It seems that UMNO has decided to give in to mounting pressure calling them to dissolve the Perak Assembly and call for fresh elections. Announcement will be made within this week or next week, according to my source.

Apparently, UMNO realizes that the more that delay this issue, the bigger the negative effect it will have on UMNO and BN. The longer this crisis continues, the worst it gets for UMNO’s national profile and intra-BN relations, according to my soruce.

My source elaborates that UMNO is reeling from internal pressure within Barisan Nasional in which component parties are calling for UMNO’s head. This scandal will result in them losing more of what little left of their credibility with their electorate.

  61. Former friend says:

    Dear “Man Of Peace”/eeyaw,

I have known jean at Susan’s blog for about 2 years. You can check on her at FSZ1 to 3. She started off her stylish screed trying to impress readers and her showmanship has been amazingly grandstanding – her writings and the style she exhibit from time to time trying to impress others, picking up other commentators for exchanges.

Later, I inadvertently notice, she impersonated herself as Sofiairdina with another avatar in her false pretense in trading exchanges creating an false aura that 2 persons were bantering which in actuality was 1.

I don’t see any offence in that either. Later she found a protective commentators which she can used – Whispering9 and Monsterball to snipe someone that she hates. Monsterball has arrived to a good acumen to part off with this so-called “unholy alliance”.

we can compare jean to the spitting image- Perak deputy speaker Hee. Now Hee (before she defect) can be considered a sacred-cow. She’s not only a woman but crippled in a wheelchair and her physical condition renders her a full sacred cow until (you know lah)…. I am not such she has been overrated by the DAP and the voters because of her physical impairment….

The infeence of jean’s role here is that while she has an immunity to attack and criticize others and to even impersonate multiple characters, she cannot be taken in for some fun.

Today, you have shown your true color to others as I always anticipate your time bomb explosion whether sooner or later.

Such diabolical curses you swore on – not only on your adversaries but against their families truly, sincerely reflected your true evil character.

Even the families of war-criminals are exempt from prosecution. you don’t have to curse on the families on others when the “crime” (obviously you cannot stand “cruel” jokes) Your poisonous coated tongue reflected your desire for revenge by whatever means and suffice to say – you are no better than the likes of Mahathir, Najib, Robert Mugabe.

I will not talk to you again until you arrive at your sanity – by withdrawing your evil curses on the innocent – the faimilies of your adversaries. Does that justify that a criminal’s family have to pay the same and equal price when they don’t even know the crime done/commited by criminals.

The inference – u r a very evil woman. May Allah Bless your soul. May Allah Bless your soul,,,,,you wicked woman…

Let others appraised you and let God Judge you….

This narrow type of politics would have worked in the 80’s and early 90’s but i think it’s a bit ineffective nowadays.

Dr Mahathir’s entire scam relies on two very important factor:

    a. A mass that is under educated and ignorant plus cut off from information

FOREIGN MINISTER ANIFAH: I’d like to address the comment on Anwar Ibrahim. You know, we have utmost faith in our judicial system. And recently, as late as a few days ago, the court has declared that the chief minister of a particular state which comes from the opposition as election of a chief minister which is a rulings against the government. And insofar as Anwar Ibrahim is concerned, (inaudible) he – we know him very, very well. And he has – more or less, what he has said, especially overseas, most of the things are untrue; for example, like the involvement of our honorable prime minister and the murder of a Mongolian citizen. And he has repeatedly said before the elections that he will provide evidence and yet, until today, he has not given anything.

And also just for the information of the audience here that, you know, he also said that he will form a government on 16 September and he has changed the dates many time. And he was trying to entice the members of parliament. And I was personally offered to jump into the oppositions and offered a very lucrative position, and also to be told it’s like a deputy prime minister. And these are not known to the world at large. And he has started, you know, trying to buy into other, you know, legislative members. And I think what he is doing – he has not accepted the result of what – the last elections. And we have lost five states and we willingly and accept the people’s verdict. And all the time we leave it to the people to decide, and which, on the other hand has not been able to accept.

And it’s also my concern and that of our government that it is what he has been doing overseas to tarnish the image of Malaysia, which impinge trade and indirectly and directly, you know, bring hardship to the people of Malaysia, which he said he’s very, very concerned about. And therefore, it is our wish and hope that he will respect the democratic system in Malaysia, which is very open and which, I think, we have conformed to the wish of the people. And we have repeatedly told him that if he believes that he is the rightful prime minister, or his party has been sidetracked, then it is – wait for the next election. And he has continuously gave wrong impressions and accused all the government officials of being corrupted, which is part and parcel of the system (inaudible). And the people have rejected him in Malaysia, and is a proof that he has not been able to accept.
    Thank you.

Having read your reasons and your retractions of cursing other innocents, you are undoubtedly and incontrovertibly a venomous sick bastard.

Your wild tantrums reflected that you would run amok with the possibilities of causing injurious (physical or mental) harm to other innocents only later when arriving at a normalcy of mental health which you are suffering from a grievous mental state apparently, you would feel sorry for the innocent victims of yours.

You are really a sadistic bastard, whether you are a fe/she/male.

    Dear Susan,

With respect to you, your blog and other respected commentators, how could s/he under the regular handle – ‘jean’ be allowed here to curse others and their immediate family to such an aggravating extent?

What are the comment that has been erased that caused that wo/man to run amok cursing not only those who offended her/him but their immediate family/ (un)born infants?

You wo/man or in the shape you augment your body/face would better consult a psychiatrist and sits interned in a maximum security psychiatric ward before any further injurious harm you committed against others – whether by swearing/cursing or other means.

If this sort of cursing is allowed here with impunity, maybe, you(jean) are suffering from breast cancer(2nd stage) and a 4th stage ovarian cyst and in the process of dying an agonizing death if you are a woman, as a result to your severe schizophrenia. That’s why, in your last minutes before you enter the Gates of Hades , you are so viciously insane.

    Snap Election in Perak

“I hope people will have short memories.”

“So why should we have fresh elections ?“

These 3 statements coming from a person who refuses to “go away” and continue to meddle with the affairs of the State. These statements will be remember for a long long time.

By the way, overheard a conversation amongst a group of senior citizens taking morning walk in a Park, one of them said ” He is talking rubbish and insult our intelligence .This is 2009; not 1959, or 1969 or 1979 or 1989, people no longer have short memory, Nature will erode our memory of events but thanks to Internet and Bloggers to help us to remember events. 20 years from now my great grandson can still read them ”

Come 2012 or 2013, all of us still can read word by word what he had said in 2009 and view the You Tube video of the disgraceful BN acts in Perak State Assembly on the 7th May 2009.

Please ” go away” leave others to solve the problem. Be grateful and thankful what you and your family had received from the Almighty God. 80+ years is truly a ” bonus “. There are so many people out there using truly very ” hash” words against you and on your life. Do you want to continue to be ” cursed ” until the day, the Almighty God terminate your residency on this earth ? Maybe you really do not care, the ” curses” even at this age ?

You really have a wonderful daughter in Marina, her friends of non-Islam faith even pray for you when you were IJN. So don’t let people curse you to the end of your time.

Najis may declare EMERGENCY RULE or even arrest all opposition, ngo, etc members to ensure his stay in power.

As we are approaching the decision of the court case…it has been rescheduled…as against Pangor Pele’s less than 19 hours hearing.

However, when the High Court decided that DS Nizar as rightful MB, the COA does not state that Ppele can sit as MB until decision. 102. vsp says:

It seems that everyone has the mistaken notion that it was DSAI who started the frog-jumping exercise.

DSAI did not start the mess. It was BN that was trying to topple the Selangor and the Perak state governments immediately after the 2008 election even before DSAI hitched on to the idea. Ask Abdullah Badawi and Toyol for the facts.

In Perak the sultan took 2 weeks to recognise the Pakatan state government. In the meantime, BN was feverishly trying to buy some Pakatan’s assembly people. Ask Tajol Rosli for the facts because he announced that the BN will topple Pakatan by August 2008. Ask Sivakumar how much BN offered him. Finally when they couldn’t stop the Pakatan from forming the state government, the sultan tried a last-ditch attempt by throwing a spanner into the works: he appointed Nizar from PAS as the MB hoping that the Pakatan would naturally split. But it was not to be because the whole country had a pleasant surprise: DAP and PAS were able to co-operate admirably under Nizar’s leadership and this confound the BN to no ends.

Najib is telling a big lie: the mess in Perak was created by him and for him alone, i.e. to salvage his chances of becoming the PM in spite of the many skeletons he was carrying.

See how short people’s memories are?

  103. wits0 says:

    Nice overall take, vsp.

True, how could Anwar ever be the Froggie inventor/originator when all along the Alliance an later, the BN have always used it for their own advantage? They welcomed it for selfish reasons whereas many voters surely must have been long aghasted with the idea and wondered how come this was never prohibited throughout the decades past.

  104. Pegasus says:

vsp, you’re right on. Good to refresh the mind and remind the folks again. The whole mess was due to the hard work and effort of our PM. Naif did not expect things to end up this way,he would thought everything would have fall into places as he had plan, but he definitely did not take into account the steadfast and steady hand of Pakatan to hold court and fight all the way. Sivakumar did wonderfully well despite the barriers put out in front of him. Naif is a goner..BN will be buried in the next 13th GE…thanks to Naif.!!!

I saw that poll on Thursday. I have followed NTV7 polls for a very long time and found it to be a fairly good representation of the population view. Politicians are beginning to take note of it. Maybe they will dissolve the Perak State Assembly soon? Is PR ready for a snap poll? Ain’t talking about the machinery but are the MPs and Aduns men or women of good caliber and character?

  108. wits0 says:

“..are the PR MPs and Aduns men or women of good caliber and character?”

The question should be whether bn/umno can be tolerated any more.

  109. kittykat46 says:

The lack of quality in some of PKR’s ADUN’s and MPs has to be seen in the context of the situation prior to GE12. PKR had 1 remainding Parliament seat – Permatang Pauh – and that by a razor thin margin. Most observers expected PKR to be completly wiped out in GE12.

So there were few takers for candidates, especially for ADUN seats. Frankly PKR also did not expect them to win, so the vetting of candidates was quite casual.

I expect things will be quite different this time round, as far as available candidates are concerned. Beware, though, there will be no shortage of carpet-beggars, opportunists, smooth-talkers and quack medicine salesmen…..seems like PKR has a tendency to attract such characters…..hahahaha…. 🙂

A word of caution to PR – never underestimate the innate tendency of Malaysians to vote BN.
Yours truly is an unfortunate example of how a supposedly well informed, thinking person supported BN almost his entire adult life.

I’ve made a pretty successful career out of making sense of large amounts of information, making decisions from them or writing reasoned recommendations to others.

But on the subject of BN and the government of Malaysia, I’ve personally made a bad judgement call for decades. The only consolation, I suppose, is many, many people made the same mistake.

We’ve been Educated, Admonished, Cajoled, Brain-Washed, Threatened etc. etc. to believe Kerajaan = Barisan Nasional = Kerajaan and nothing else.

  110. wits0 says:

Kittykat46, that being the case as you described, the bn members have surely also believed their own propaganda – the part on divinely ordained entitlement so much so that they are not prepared to change whenever they can win. Why should they?
