Watch out HINDRAF! It seems they are NOT satisfied that 5 of your leaders are in Kamunting under the ISA, with our darling RPK.

But this warning, after yesterday’s by the Home Ministry, goes for others, too, who have “unruly behaviour” towards leaders.

Should Haris Ibrahim of Peoples Parliament be prepared too, as the cops are now directed to investigate the hari raya open house at PWTC on 1st Oct?

Remember, you have to act nice, even if the country leaders are corrupt, greedy and involved in “unruly behaviour’ themselves. A country of robots, programmed just to do as the leaders please, would be more like it.

If this rule becomes a norm, leaders like him will not make it to DPM, what more PM? Remember 1987, remember blood, and remember soaking the keris? Some quarters deny he ever said or done this. Well…

Of course, what “unruly” means is really up to his (theirs) whims and fancies as well, as it always does, with figures of power.

But was he merely jealous that only Abdullah Ahmad Badawi the PM got a teddy bear and roses from HINDRAF on Hari Raya?

You should read Najib’s future plan (inside) to deal with the rakyat when (and if) he ever becomes PM. God save Malaysia:

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today called on the people to reject any form of unruly behaviour towards the country’s leaders.

The deputy prime minister said the government did not want such behaviour to become a norm because it could undermine unity and security of the country.

Citing as example the unruly incident at the Hari Raya open house of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and other Muslim cabinet ministers in Kuala Lumpur last Wednesday, he said such action could cause losses to the country.

“If there are parties with other motives, who don’t understand the culture of courtesy, are rude, and don’t respect the leaders, the people must reject them. This kind of action cannot become a norm,” he said when launching the countdown for the Fei-World Endurance Championship (WEC) 2008 in Gong Badak near here.

Najib, accompanied by his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, is on a one-day visit to Terengganu.

    So, what law was broken?

Has there ever been a dress code for open homes?

I thought Hari Raya Open Homes are true in every sense of the word open. Are not the homes of the Malays reputed to be amongst the most open when you enter it with love and affection and no malice to anyone?

What ever happened to the reputation of being some of the most hospitable people around?……..ah!!…I forgot…but these are not Malays are they……must kick myself for that….these are UMNOPutras, so really unfair of me to expect them to give the kind of hospitality Malays are associated with.

But what is most worrying is, if indeed a crime was committed, how come the law enforcement officers who were there at that time dd not see it as such? I am actually confused as it is. The law enforcement oficers were there witness to the acts and conduct of the HINDRAF people and Haris Ibrahim and gang.

The enforcement people who are better trained to recognise crime when it is committed did nothing to deal with the “criminals” then. And they also said nothing. Indeed they allowed them to hang around and stood over them, indeed guarding them, while the “crime” was beng committed. Yet they did nothing.

Now it would seem like maybe they did not fully complete their training. After UMNO, some desperados within the Muslim NGO circuit, some UMNO leaders and ministers who felt slighted because Haris wouldn’t shake their hands and their mouthpiece, Utusan Malaysia, made a lot of noise, suddenly now, the police want to investigate.

Now, if when the police themselves were there and had mde no arrest then, and more than a week later they want to call some of these people p for questioning, can someone please tell me what the hell are they going to question them about?

I just cannot imagine the kind of questions even a rookie defence lawyer will ask of them. It is going to be so stupid and ridiculus. Indeed they cannot say that even the Minister has more knowledge about the law in this regards then them. What kind of cops are they if they take more than a week to see that a crime is comitted?

persepsi melihatkan najib sebagai bersalah, kalau diikutkan undang-undang rimba, memanglah persepsi menjadi tali ukur.

sekarang kita hidup zaman bertamadun, persepsi tidak membawa apa-apa erti, orang kena tuduh tidak bersalah selagi tidak dibuktikan bersalah. Yang kena tuduh Razak Baginda, bukan Najib,

rasional lah sedikit. Kalau semua ikut emosi, persepsi, negara boleh hancur.

Now for a bit of unpleasant truth – no matter what we ‘bark’ about Hindraf’s legitimate struggle, the opinions that has been created by the msm, viz. the general attitude of most Malays towards Indians (esp. Tamils) is decidedly negative… Has been so since the late ’80’s.
Having friends from both sides of the divide, its going to be a long time before this perception is ‘defused’ or rationalized.
Bumno, is especially offended by Hindraf – as it was Hindraf, which in many ways was responsible for the 0803 result.

Reject Leaders Who Do Not Respect Country’s Rakyat
    2008-10-09 15:04

KUALA TERENGGANU: The Malaysian Rakyat Thursday (9 Oct) called on Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to reject any form of unruly behaviour towards the country’s Rakyat.

The Rakyat said they did not want such behaviour (such as leaders sulking and pouting like Beverly Hills 90210 actors) to become a norm because it could undermine unity and security of the country, including teddy bear sales.

Citing as example the unruly incident at the Hari Raya open house of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and other Muslim cabinet ministers in Kuala Lumpur last Wednesday (1 Oct), where leaders conceitedly tried to brush off greeting members of the Rakyat simply because their t-shirts carried messages of support for detainees being held unjustly under the draconian ISA law. The Rakyat said such action could cause losses to the country.

“If there are leaders with other motives, who don’t understand the Malaysian culture of courtesy, are rude and don’t respect the Rakyat, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak must reject them. This kind of action cannot become a norm,” the Rakyat said.

The Rakyat said the government held the open house (paid for by the Rakyat) to enable the leaders to meet and greet the Malaysian Rakyat who had graciously voted the leaders into parliament, without having to observe protocol.

“Never in other countries can the leaders meet their Rakyat so easily. (But) this value of peace will be destroyed if certain leaders have other motives. This value of peace cannot be ignored,” said the Rakyat.

The Rakyat said that if such actions persisted, it might not be possible to practise the open house concept in future and that would be a loss, because leaders such as Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak would no longer get cards and teddy bears.

RPK had a special visitor today, Siew Hoon, his neighbour from Bt Rahman Putra, Sg Buloh. Siew Hoon suffered from an eye degenerative disease. When she was giving birth to her baby 12 years ago, she had to choose between saving her eyesight or saving her baby. She chose her baby and as a consequence, today she is blind.

Despite her handicap, she came to court to give support to RPK. It really touched us who were privileged to witness them hugging.

Siew Hoon related to us their experience when her family first shifted to BRP to be RPK’s neighbours. The housing estate suffered frequent breakins. So much so that RPK organised a Rukun Tetangga to guard the area. That’s RPK, said Siew Hoon. He is so caring for his neighbours, always fighting for justice. Once when she was alone in the house with her child, a thief climbed on the roof. RPK came out and risked his life to single-handedly chased the thief off. When Siew Hoon called the police, all they asked was: “Did you catch the thief?” The police could not be bothered to help us and it took a civilian to do it.

Another time, about 10 years back, when Anwar Ibrahim was arrested for sodomy. RPK explained to her, Anwar is not like that. He does not have such sexual preferences knowing him in college. RPK set up the Free Anwar Campaign Site to defend Anwar. He was always fighting for the underdog.

He set up Malaysia-Today to fight for us Malaysians. Now that he is in trouble, Siew Hoon re-iterated, we must come out and show him support. If I, a blind person, can do it. There is no reason normal people cannot do it.

As one have said, the rakyat is now being caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.
    God save our country.
Before I end, I have paste a comment from one blogger in MT. Hope to make the rakyat aware of what type of scumbags and hypocrites running the country:-

“When it was highlighted that an ex-child genius was working as a high-class prostitute in UK, so many UMNO people offered to help her, but when so many young Penan girls were raped and taken advantage of, what do we have – silence????? Why – is it becoz there’s no glamour in protecting the native rights? Or you think it would be too troublesome? Or was it that you guys prefer to deal with cases that allows you to travel abroad or go holiday on the reason that you’re helping these people?

So to the Puteras and Puteris of UMNO – you placed prostitutes and Mat Rempits above rape victims? Yeah – Again, your hypocrisy has shone ever so brightly again.

    And the land is dark
And the moon is the only light we’ll see
No I won’t be afraid, no I won’t be afraid

And darlin’, darlin’, stand by me, oh now now stand by me

Just as long as you stand, stand by me

And darlin’, darlin’, stand by me, oh stand by me

    When you’re down and troubled
and you need a helping hand
and nothing whoa nothing is going right.
Close your eyes and think of me
and soon I will be there
to brighten up even your darkest nights.

You just call out my name
and you know wherever I am
I’ll come running oh yeah baby
    to see you again.
    Winter spring summer or fall
all you have to do is call
and I’ll be there yeah yeah yeah.
    You’ve got a friend.

    If the sky above you
should turn dark and full of clouds
and that old north wind should begin to blow
Keep your head together and call my name out loud
and soon I will be knocking upon your door.

You just call out my name and you know wherever I am

and I’ll be there, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Hey, ain’t it good to know that you’ve got a friend?
    People can be so cold.
They’ll hurt you and desert you.
Well they’ll take your soul if you let them.
Oh yeah, but don’t you let them.

You just call out my name and you know wherever I am
I’ll come running to see you again.
Oh babe, don’t you know that,
    Winter spring summer or fall,
Hey now, all you’ve got to do is call.
Lord, I’ll be there, yes I will.

Jack Sparrow and the Somalian pirates will be mighty proud to know that one of their kind is promoted to be the PM in the far flung country of Bolehland!!.
While it took about 7 months to get Bodowi to admit he was a failure and albeit another 5 more months of misery to go, Najib is a tainted leader who does not augurs well for the leadership of this country. The last 35 years we have lost much of the country’s wealth to the BN robbers who have plundered and siphoned off billions or should I say trillions in the name of developing the nation. The politicians sitting in the cabinet seem to have a mindset of enriching themselves and the immediate family members when in power. Today,we should be one of the top nation in the world ,if not in Asia.We could be better off then Singapore or Hong Kong or at the least on par with them but unfortunately we are not due to the bad management of the country by the BN government for the last 35 years. We were once taunted to be top 4 Asian Economic Dragon , but today seem to be limping duck!!. If we had a righteous government with good accountability and transparency in their work, today we could have the benefits ,
we won’t have the toll plazas on the Malaysian highways, free educations and hospitalization for the citizens of this country without any restrictions on the age. We had the means and the resources ,but all this was wasted by the BN government and we are paying for it today. The older generations had voted in the BN regime at every elections till the 12th GE. The BN regime had control the MSM with one sided stories and hoodwink the people all the while till the last 5 years when the Cyber world came to rescue with Internet and SMS,which was use to spread the actual news and the end result was BN lost their 2/3 majority on 8/3.
Currently, only Pakatan Rakyat seem to be ideal choice for Malaysian ,to steer the nation back to the track and move ahead. The government of the day should take care of all Malaysian and not just 1 race or community, the country is for all to prosper. May God Bless the Country!!.

Can C4 Altantuya be a respected PeeM of Boleh Nation called Malaysia, if so then Boleh Land’s Rakyats will suffer greater hardship from the UMNO Oppressor???

The use of ISA to protect Nargis is taking a toll on the Nation’s economy, the capital flights were the nett results. It is this tyro Finance Minister who will further sleep with Bodohwi’s budget against the present world economic situation are the issues the Rakyats of Malaysia will further face and suffer greater hardship and took toll on the higher food prices that are not coming down soon. The tyro Finance Minister could not find any solution nor direction in resolving the urgent need to keep food prices down reasonably.

The UMNO Clown Botak and his cohorts will be made to taste their own medicines when the time of reckoning comes very soon.

Leave BN, all Component Parties with a conscience must leave the Evil Master Oppressor UMNO for good ok??? Leave & let them, the UMNO clowns to settle the horse trading & witchhunt between Flip Flop and C4 ok???

Come October 2008 there is nothing left but the Opposition Leader’s Post to Hand Over from Flip Flop to C4 ok???

There should be no peace for Botak if the ISA detainees are not released and the oppressive draconian law is not abolished because such injustices are not tolerated and thus create great discontentment in this modern society. One day Botak and his cohorts should be made to eat their own medicine for the injustices they have committed against the detainees especially RPK & Hindraf Leaders, our Brave Heros no doubts.

We call upon all the Rakyats of Malaysia to sign a Petition to be sent to the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong to release RPK from his detention under ISA because there is a hidden agenda of a conspiracy of using his detention to silence him so that he could not further release more evidences against the real C4 murderers of Altantuya because all the accused were all fall guys of the real murderers because they all did not have a real & logical motive to murder the Mongolian Lady.

It is very easy to generate Police Reports against DSAI by using Penang Mamak Umno’s 25 Members headed by Wan Abidin Zain, who claimed to be non-partisan, using their uneasiness that most Penangites will now be boycotting Nasi Kandar one more round???

It is very Sad that the legacy of Malaysian Independence is reduced by this Moronic Flip Flop Coward into great disrepute and a laughing stock of the whole world and knowing very well that the UMNO Government has technically collapsed and they have lost locus standi to govern but yet he has decided to shamelessly still cling on to power via dubious means like hiding himself via using of the ISA and we cannot imagine that the Malaysia Moronic Flip Flop Coward has now stoop so low and using the Police Deputy IGP as his willing tools especially the Deputy IGP’s clearly taking side as the Police must be neutral and should be not politiking for him. Now the Police and AG had stoop even lower with the tampering of Evidences against RPK and it is the shame to the Malaysian Justice with such behaviors from the Police who are sworn to uphold the Law and Order but committed criminal activities at the direction of the UMNO Clown Botak Home Minister to Protect Nargis the PeeM in waiting.

The Coward Moronic Flip Flop Chicken dare not meet DSAI face to face to settle matters but chose hiding under the use of ISA and that is what you have as a disgraceful cowardice leader for UMNO.

We urge all BN Components & MPs with a conscience to do the necessary to make possible a New Malaysia for all Rakyats of Malaysia so that all our children and their children & their children’s children’s future will be safe and secured in the Country we all love and not be intimidated by those UMNO Clowns now in power with their oppressive & fear tactics and in the verge of making Malaysia a Police State if left unchecked otherwise. Save RPK as he is the midst of a conspiracy of the real murderers of Altantuya to silence him for good, instead of being C4ed he could be poisoned and worse off if he is on hunger strike by himself. The Acting IGP is defending the Police position after being made the tools of UMNO’s fear tactics & so he is now making lame excuses for being the Stringed Puppet to be easily manipulated by the Puppeteer, power that be. The Deputy IGP must be held personally responsible for the safety of RPK who has been heard to be tortured otherwise he must be made to eat his own medicine come the New Dawn of Malaysia.

Moronic PeeM and Botak Home Minister last minutes’ attempts to cling on power by using the fear tactics of using the ISA at their whims and fancies selectively against dissent & tried to deny their own actions as they now have no balls to face the wrath of the all the Rakyats of Malaysia. ONE DAY THE MORONIC BOTAK AND FLIP FLOP AND C4 MUST BE MADE TO TASTE THEIR OWN MEDICINE OK?

All Rakyats of Malaysia will see to that these Clowns will be thrown out soon come the New Dawn of Malaysia & that all Rakyats of Malaysia will welcome the New Malaysia on Malaysia Day 916, 2008 for a Malaysia for All Malaysians.

Justice MUST BE DONE for Altantuya and for all those detained under ISA without the trial nor the rights of appeal. Light-up a Candle in the Lantern of the Mid-Autumn Festival for them all to usher in the NEW DAWN OF MALAYSIA COME 916, 2008 and the New Government in the New Parliament Sitting come this Monday.

Were Hindraf and supporters of RPK unruly during the Hari Raya open house and justified to be ISAed?

May I ask: how many tables and chairs were damaged? how many people were injured and hospitalized? were food and drinks splattered all around the place as if a riot had taken place? were any people being arrested on the spot? were the water canon being summoned? has any untoward incidents that one can associated with a riot happened?

Yes?No? Then why is there an afterthought by those BN lapdogs such as Utusan Malaysia, NST and Star that gave any impression that this was the case and that the ISA should be invoked?

The open house is public-funded and the fund does not come out from any of those UMNOputra goons pockets. This is not a private function. This is for all Malaysians. Neither should the function be limited to enjoying, eating and drinking only. The leaders should be opened to any problems that the rakyat bring forward. And this the best time as at other times these UMNOputra goons are very busy with own business of cari makan.

Abdullah has said that he is the PM of all Malaysians. Hindrafs and RPK supporters are Malaysians and why did Abdullah only listen to the UMNOputras only?

The BN and Muslim ministers were ever ready to split hairs on the outward form of what is proper or improper for an open house.

But they had fail on one of the greatest obligations of being a Muslim – to be humble and recognise one’s wrong and to forgive. Didn’t Abdullah in his Hari Raya message stressed on this point? Assuming as they said that Hindrafs were unruly: wouldn’t it make a bigger impact if Abdullah can practise on this one important Islamic teaching: to be magnanimous and forgiving even to an enemy who don’t deserved as such? That he does not do this strengthens the perception that UMNO can never and will not listen. They are only good at splitting hairs over something inconsequent and petty.

I am sure umno goons will like to see all of HINDRAF disappear in Malaysia, if not , they will have to treat Hindu Malaysians as equal in term of religion freedom and given fair treatment under the constitution.

    Assalamualaikum waramatulahi

perception is everything in politics, it is UMNO who created the jungle law you talk about by tainting the judiciary, and using the not so independent police to enforce laws unequally, what HINDRAF did could be summed up as clueless at worst, tell me did they threaten to have anyone shot, as Ahmad Ismail did ? Did they tear up ant leaders photos as Ahmads supporters did to Koh Tsu Khoon’s photo ? What security threat are we talking about ? You wanna talk facts , look at the facts with open eyes before you accuse others of being biased, staying objective is not as easy as some may think.

Now to Hindraf and their supporters

Firstly please let me say that Hindraf seems sincere in seeking justice but dont seem very politically savvy.
Now I have to give them a good natured scolding.

    1) When I first got wind that Hindraf was going to PM’s open house , I strongly advised against it.
Its not a matter of wrong or right but what were you hoping to achieve ? The PM to suddenly
be overcome by Aidilfitri spirit and release the Hindraf 5 ?
You are talking about a racist and biased UMNO, and before you know it together with
their compliant Utusan they blew the whole thing out of proportion.
There is strength in diversity and numbers, and this can be better achieved joining candlelight
vigils, or anti ISA forums organised by GMI graced with the presence of Zaid Ibrahim,Bar council and the like.
If you go on fighting for ONLY the liberty of the Hindraf 5 and your leader in exile you will be seen as selfish.
Start working together with Pakatan Leaders of all ethnicities.

    2) Why risk alienating support of the Pakatan government by this silly posturing of joining BN
via direct membership, what leverage can you hope to have as a miscelaneous wing when
even the 2nd largest party in BN the MCA has been sistematically neutered by UMNO.
Anyway what rubbish is this about direct BN membership when other components remain intact,
how will those who join the open faction be represented in parliament ?
What will be their leverage within BN ?
To me I see this as just a cheapskate way of BN getting votes of those who are undecided
whether to vote pakatan or BN, simple if unsure garner support to field an independent caditate next elections.
When none of this has been discussed, anybody declaring
whether they will or will not join BN as open members will just look silly.

    3) Sorry to say this, but dont waste too much time on Tamil Schools and Temples,
these 2 issues will not solve the problems of the community with regards to uplifting
the socio economic success of the community.
Some say UMNO is facing imminet demise because the people are rejecting race based party’s,
despite their huge demofraphic numbers, so what do you think will happen to
a group who represent less than 10% of the population going to face id they still insist
    on playing ethnic politics?
