Of course I am okay, for if they come for me, I am sure you would have known by now. THANKS to everyone who has been worried for me, and for those who’s been spamming my blog, well, got rid of them, including those who copy cat other people’s nick.
I’ve been almost bed ridden for two days, with high fever and flu, and today I feel even more sick. My home does not have internet (yet) and I really do not know where to start now.
I logged on the internet with news about blogger Kickdefella being arrested for sedition, for waving his flag upside down online. Look at him smiling, even as he is arrested. And do I see him being handcuffed??!!
The last time I saw Sheih was in Permatang Pauh (nomination day). He was busy trailing his boss Husam Musa and PAS spiritual advisor Nik Aziz Nik Mat. I said ‘hi’ to him and he was too busy even to stop for a chat.
Reading this on Malaysian Bar’s website that Sheih is on a 24 hour remand makes me really mad. How is his wife and kids? Do the authorities care at all?!
Bloggers are treated like criminals now, just for expressing views that the government, nay, that Abdullah Ahmad Badawi does not like. What does that make him? A dictator, surely!
Why is he being handcuffed??? Did he try to run away? Hide? Put up a fight? Whatever for???!!! Is he armed? Did he kill someone? My God!
Is the government going crazy? To him, and a few others, the nation is in distress. But does that justify an arrest under sedition?
We are truly, heading down the crazy path. Led by a crazy PM, and those who back him.
Friends held a solidarity gathering for Sheih (or his official name Syed Aziz) yesterday, as can be seen in Black’s blog.
Let’s see what crazy excuses they have to arrest Sheih further.
