“There were 5, no 10, oh no, 15, maybe 10-15 sms-es threats by PKR supporters” against Nallakurrapan. He has stashed away 5 secret tapes (definitely of sordid and graphic details?) of Anwar Ibrahim overseas. Anwar has taken RM60 million of Magnum’s money from him. Where is the money now?
“He can sue everyone, but he will not dare sue me,” said a very confident Nalla, Anwar’s one time close friend and tennis partner.
During sodomy I, in 1998, Nalla stood by Anwar and had even gone to jail for him (He said ‘sorry’ for that tonight). Later Nalla joined PKR but was disappointed with Anwar’s and the party’s ‘treatment’ of Indians.
In front of the mostly UMNO crowd which saw Khairy Jamaluddin and Ezam Mohd Nor in the front row, Nalla claimed that Anwar Ibrahim had ‘threatened’ him to stop campaigning for BN/UMNO in Permatang Pauh.
Anwar did it by phone on August 12, when Nalla first came to P44.
“I was in a ceramah near Sunway Carnival (Seberang Jaya) when a man came up to me and handed over to me his phone, saying that Anwar wants to speak to me,” Nalla told reporters at the BN Youth ceramah in Kubang Semang last night.
“I took the phone and heard Anwar’s threats to me, asking me not to come over to Permatang Pauh,” added Nalla.
He said he had lodged a police report about the threat in Permatang Pauh yesterday, which included several sms-es from unknown sources.
Those text messages included messages of wanting to ‘kill’ Nalla if he continues to stay in PP.
“They had also sent people to my operations centre to threaten my workers who were two young women,” he added.
However, when questioned further by reporters, Nalla could not confirm the number of sms-es he had received from alleged PKR supporters.
First, during his talk, he said there were five sms-es. Then he said there were 15. When reporters asked him later, he said there were between 10-15 messages. He did however, obliged to this blogger, and showed her and others one example of the message.
We tried to take photos of his mobile phone with the message but sadly, for everyone, the photos were of poor quality.
Nalla also warned that he will call a press conference if there were further threats against his life.
Meanwhile, the man had the crowd in stiches when he spoke about Anwar’s ‘slanderous’ past.
“Yes, I was his tennis partner. I played tennis with him. After the game, I go home, take a bath and have dinner. But where does Anwar go to?” he challenged.
Nalla also added that during the games, Anwar used to receive calls or sms-es, where they had to cut short the game.
“He tells his family he is playing tennis, but after tennis, where does he go to?”
The man floored the crowd with laughter when he kept referring to Anwar’s purported sexual preferences “selalu tengok belakang” (always looking at the back).
“When sodomy II happened, everyone was shocked. The whole nation was shocked, but I was not shocked.
“I thought to myself, after the six years in jail, he is still bad (jahat),” he added.
He accused Anwar of having several faces when speaking to different communities.
He challenged Anwar to sue him, but added that the latter would not dare. He claimed that Anwar had really tried to harass Hamzah Zainuddin’s wife.
“I have five CDs of him overseas” – he refused to divulge the details, saying “that is for another day”.
About Anwar’s desire to be PM (Perdana Menteri) Nalla had this to joke about: “Why not give him a Perdana (car), and let him go around Malaysia”.
The crowd laughed. So did I. Nalla could be a really good stand up comedian. Au naturel.
But he looked dead serious when he said, almost angry: “He (Anwar) talked about corruption. That Magnum money is haram. Only he can take haram money? RM60 million of Magnum money is in his hands. What happened to the money?’
“He is not a gentleman, he has no principles. He never keeps his words. What are principles? Maybe he does not know the meaning”.
