This King blogger is also king of sedition. They simply love to slap it on him. Worst still, now they want all his secrets.

Will he reveal his sources? And the IDs of his commentators? Come on, why do they need all that?

“I have not seen anything more defamatory than what this man has written. None of what he said is true,” lawyer Shafee Abdullah.

Today also happens to be Malaysia Today’s anniversary – 4 years old. Happy Birthday, MT!

And today, there’s another lawsuit against King blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin. How many more? I am fast losing track.

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today directed RPK to reveal his sources for allegations in three online articles against Shafee, who filed a defamation suit against RPK.

One of the articles is: Shafee Abdullah – sodomologist extraordinaire.

Shafee had also made an ex-parte application for an order that compelled RPK to reveal the identities of visitors to his web portal who had left comments and messages below the articles.

RPK had accused Shafee in three articles dated Aug 6, 7, and 11 of masterminding the fresh sodomy accusations against opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Datuk Arif Shah Omar Shah is the Barisan Nasional candidate for the Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat by-election on Aug 26. Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak made the announcement in Permatang Pauh Wednesday night. Arif Shah is the Seberang Jaya assemblyman.

  3. Abdul says:

Arif Sha Omar won his seat by 533 votes only and that came from postal votes and few doubting Chinese who didn’t know DSAI and PKR by then. The landscape has changed. You don’t expect the Chinese and Indians to give him a single vote. And he is old also. 52. Why would PP inhabitants settle for a mere MP when they can get the PM?

RPK is an experienced blogger whom I notice most Malaysians love or admire for one reason or another. He has many supporters here and overseas too.

He is like a ‘lion with a huge mane’, thats not easily intimidated by anyone.
This boldness is very rare, especially amongst Malaysians.DSAI is another.

This is not his first lawsuit against him and I don’t think the latest lawsuit will be his last.

Only people with something to convey will do such a thing as this.
He wants to say something in the courts, out in the open, I presume.
Well lets hear it from him then. We know he won’t lie in court. He seems to me like he is on a ‘righteous’ mission to straighten something out.

When I think of him ,it reminds me of my school anthem…to try, try, try again.
He never gives up that easily like many of us do. Whats his secret?
But, we must admit that we did not know many details of what was happening behind the screens until he came into the picture.

If all this is proven true, what next for him? Well we can only pray that there be fairness in the courts from now on. We want to ask him this sincere question, why would he want to go through all these? We feel for him and his family. Surely there must be another way of doing this without taking the risk.
He must really be cock-sure of what he is doing or else I think he wouldn’t attempt scraping off the ‘whitewash’ with his bare hands.

Yes, suing RPK 360 degrees seems to be the name of the game now.

‘They’ are wielding the law, trying to damp the fire that has been ignited by a very big lighted cherut in their nether bunghole!
Have you guys heard of ‘spontaneous human combustion’?
This is the second case in Malaysia, as far as i know – RPK being the foremost researcher of “spontaneous ‘explosive’ human combustion”.
Only thing is that this time, it explodes in the arse of the party/ies, responsible for the first…
And they say there are no ‘experts’ in Malaysia…

  9. Feroz Merican says:

Malaysia seems to have learned one thing from Singapore and that is how to sue your opponents into submission and silence. We must thank Lee Kuan Yew for that
genre of Democracy. The Authorities evidently think that to stop one blogger will mean the end of all blogging. Have they learned nothing from the Middle East and of geopolitical events of the last 20 years? Even the USSR couldn’t keep everybody quiet for ever.
They are on a sinking ship and with Permatang Pauh on the 26th their ship will sink for ever, and RPK should be alive and well and stronger than ever. On another note, it is very wise of Anwar to take action against Zulkifli Noordin. That is the best news I have heard in a while, and perhaps Anwar will re invent himself as the first honest leader we have had since the 70’s. The action against Zulkifli Noordin is a step in the right direction on the long and pot hole filled road of the future.

    Hi Feroz,
Yes the ‘weight of the law’ as per LKY’s dictates is truly unberable. Yet, there are many who marvel at this and say that LKY is a ‘benign’ and ‘righteous’ dictator, if there is ever such a thing. They think through their digestive systems, as per RKP’s comments in the previous blog.
The problem locally is that the upholders of the law here are running around like ‘headless chickens’ while many are still ‘cowed’ by the powers that be. This would be a hilarious situation indeed, if it wasn’t so frightening – sometimes it seems too much like a ‘lynch mob’ legality that is invoked.
But you hit the nail on the head, in regards to botched attempts of regulatory methods vis-a-vis the bloggers fearlessness, solidarity and fortitude.
It is absolutely necessary that they sink now, otherwise there will be no Mother Malaysia to save. Cheers, mate.

Does this send a warning as to the direction in which DSAI case is heading- Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah got everything even an entire blogs data which means he will be gunning for every body in Malaysia-in fact readers might as well get scared. What we need to do now is haul a thousand lawyers up to the HC to represent RP and frustrate Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdullah Gestapo tactics which he should have left to Mosad or the Third Reich. Criminal defamation is jailable compare with defamation talking about lawsuits.
This time, RPK is charged with the latter and injunctions has been secured against RPK to :-

    1) withdraw all publication vis-a-vis the plaintiff
2)No further publication and commenteries pursuant to the court order
3)a possible pecuniary in millions will be awarded to the plaintiff (which RPK do not care coz he was on the lam by previous litigation)

Failure to abide by the aforesaid – RPK may be jailed. Defamation suits will not hurt RPK. Even sedition charge and criminal defamation brought agsint him will embolden him and this was proven in his relentless exposure of misdeeds.

    Hie Susan,

It’s a bit strange how objectivity and common sense gets thrown out just because of the level of distrust permeating amongst Malaysians nowadays.

When Rosmah didn’t sue RPK, a lot of folks (even here) said that because of that she is guilty. Now, when someone is suing RPK, people say that that person is suppressing RPK.

In other words, everything is wrong/corrupted unless it conforms to their political views. The Court is fair and just when they follow your demands, but unfair and corrupted if they pass judgment against you.

    Where’s the logic in that?

Anyway, the point is not to be too fanatical until we lose our objectivity and common sense.

Shafee Abdullah is a scum bag. Perverting the law. Already the law is severely compromised in Malaysia and this type of scum bag is the last straw to break the camel’s back.

In other country’s you can sue for defamtion but it is very difficult to get a payout. In order to get money, you must prove that you have suffered the damages.

How is Shafee going to prove or quantify the damages that he may have suffered by been called a sodomologist extraordinaire? Did Clients stayed away from his law practise because of that? If so, how many? and how much did he lose?

But the law in Malaysia is bodoh, how did that Uni justify the 1 million (I think) awarded to it against RPK? Sure, RPK may be guilty of defaming the Chancellor but where did they get that 1 million payout figure from??

If the law is fair and RPK is guilty, at the most the law will ask RPK to withdraw his statement and pay costs. Instead they are simply handing out huge damages that cannot be justified. All they are trying to do is frighten bloggers and try to shut them up by crippling them financially.

That is not the way defamation laws are suppose to work.

    OUT-LAW News, 23/06/2008

Police were right to ask a journalist to reveal source material for a book about terrorism but the terms of the order obtained were too wide, the High Court has ruled. Arguments on what the terms of the ‘production order’ should be will be heard this week.

Freelance journalist Shiv Malik called Thursday’s judicial review ruling “a victory for common sense.” The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) said it “sends a clear signal to the police that they can’t see journalists as simply another tool of intelligence gathering.”

  53. hutchrun says:

The death of Dr David Kelly has put the spotlight back on the BBC ‘s refusal to name its source for the story that an Iraqi weapons dossier was “sexed up”.

The weapons expert had been identified by the government as a contact of journalist Andrew Gilligan and the main source of his story – the latter a claim questioned by the BBC and denied by Dr Kelly himself.

Mr Gilligan made a second appearance before a Commons committee, which said journalists should be forced to name sources if speaking under Parliamentary privilege.

It is a demand likely to alarm many journalists, who are expected to honour a long-standing tradition of protecting those who come forward with information.

The contention of Shafee Abdullah, who filed a defamation suit against RPK which he claimed that the trial Judge had issued a court order to reveal the *source of allegations* within three days upon serving notice (court order) on RPK on allegations that he (shafee) were among those who working in collusion with other parties in concocting false charges (per Saiful’s sodomy allegations).

*source of allegations*- The presiding Judge clearly issued the order on who provided/ purveyed such information to RPK on Shafiee’s involvement also concurrently mention in the plethora of court order which included to reveal the identities of visitors to his web portal who left comments and messages following the publishing of the articles. This is really disturbing as the commentators apart from hurling philippics and sniping at the Shafie and other “Masterminders” as alleged by RPK, they (the commentators) of course are exempted by the course-of-justice. The trial Judge knew this. The commentators are not informants. Not unless the in the case of any commentators whom alleged any evidences of knowledge of saiful’s involvement, only then they will be supeona-ed and probably sued if they could not substantiated the allegations.

His order asking Raja Petra to reveal the sources and identities of those posted comments on his blog will have far-reaching consequences, and could signal a move by the courts here to spell out clearly the boundaries for commentary and comments on blogs and websites. It also comes at a time when government ministers and officials have been calling for closer monitoring of bloggers and tougher action against defamatory articles on the Internet.

Tee’s decision will provoke a gush of criticisms in blogosphere, where the prevalent view is that the Bill of Guarantees under the Multimedia Super Corridor provides a shield against any censorship or restriction against the freedom of speech. Lawyers have noted that the laws of defamation apply equally in any sphere, as long as the key ingredients in a defamation charge are made out.

They also believe that Shafee is relying on the Norwich Pharmacal principle to compel Raja Petra to reveal his sources and the identities of those who posted allegedly defamatory comments about him. In 1974, the House of Lords devised the principle to compel individuals or companies to reveal the identities of infringers so that the aggrieved party could take action against them.

  97. hutchrun says:

In his latest Raja Petra destroys the mamak Shafee Abdullah:

And that is exactly my response to Shafee Abdullah as well: would he admit it and would it not be normal for him to deny it?

He knows what I am saying is true and that is why he is demanding that I reveal my sources of information. It is actually six sources of information to be exact. Three of these sources are Datuks who were in that very meeting room in Shafee’s office that I wrote about. They saw the whiteboard and listened to the conversation between Aziz and his three or four police officers. The whiteboard had Anwar Ibrahim’s and my name on it with notes, charts and scribblings below it. And Aziz and his police officers mentioned Anwar’s and my name many times with sodomy the main topic of discussion.

I also have other witnesses who told me how Shafee bragged about how he is behind the sodomy allegation against Anwar and about how he is going to fix Anwar up. He also bragged that he is going to be appointed the next Attorney-General and that he will be selling off his law firm once that happens. These same people even wanted to give me the names of all the women — and it was one hell of a long list — whom Shafee is scr**ing around with but I told them that I am not interested in that part of his misdeeds because that is between him and the women he is scr**ing.

These informers know what they saw and heard. And I too know what they told me. And whatever I wrote about Shafee is the gospel and no court order is going to transform a devil into an angel. That I am very clear about, as clear as my name is Raja Petra Bin Raja Kamarudin.

  98. Grill says:

Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said it very aptly last month when the allegation of sodomy against Anwar Ibrahim first broke. Of course he will deny it, said Abdullah. No one will admit it. That would be the normal reaction of anyone being accused of something.

Okay, that was not exactly the way he put it but he said, more or less, this: it is normal for someone accused of something to deny it and that no one would admit it. And that is exactly my response to Shafee Abdullah as well: would he admit it and would it not be normal for him to deny it?

  99. Grill says:

Shafee Abdullah is destroyed by RPK in his latest. You caint keep a good man down.

  100. Grill says:

The same goes for the allegation against Rosmah and the husband and wife Lt Cols as well. Initially, the police wanted to charge me for the crime of making a false Statutory Declaration. Then, during my two-hour interrogation, when the police realised that I do really have reliable sources as I claim I have, they decided to drop the false declaration charge and instead charge me with criminal defamation.

  101. Grill says:

Smart people these police and AG, are they not? And that is the same reason why they charged me under the Sedition Act. Under the Sedition Act it also does not matter whether you told the truth or you lied. Even if you told the truth you are still guilty — as what happened to Marina Yusoff when the court ruled that the truth has nothing to do with the matter. Even if you told the truth it is still sedition.

  102. Grill says:

Oh, by the way, the Military Intelligence boys told me not to worry. “We will never let them put you in jail,” they said. “We will make sure that we will do anything it takes to keep you out of jail.”

  103. Grill says:

For example, one of my Deep Throats, who is a very senior Umno man and who can be regarded as one of Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s advisors, told me that all my allegations in the Statutory Declaration are true.

“What you said in your SD is true,” he told me. “Yes, Rosmah was there when they blew Altantuya up and Najib has been fu**ing Altantuya. We all know about it. Most Umno people know about it, even the PM.”

Regarding the Bar Council Forum protest this is what I posted :
The number of Chinese convertees are negligible , however the problems are with people like Subashini who are Indians . They have openly said it , don’t call us Mamaks , we want to be called Bumiputras . Ya that their goal , get converted to Islam , become a Bumiputra and enjoy the fruits of heaven and their family folks also benefitted materially from their conversion to Islam , all in the family . The problem only arises when they have family disputes like the Mamak guy now converted wants a few more wives , that the problem with them . Imagine a Hindu Bangla who comes to Malaysia illegally , elopes and marries a Malay girl , becomes a Mamak and very soon Bumi status with Citizenship . These are the real rip offs and bastards . Some of you talking about Mamaks are talking about Indian Muslims who have been in Malaysia for hundreds of years. Not all Mamaks are roti canai sellers, teh tarik and nasi kandar operators. Some of them received an education and educated their children not to be racists and narrow minded fools. It is one thing to call Dr M a mamak, that’s fine, go ahead, but to talk about mamaks and to say ” a filthy race” is really beyond the pale and too much. How would you like it if someone used it to refer to your spitting and hawking habits, in addition to letting children pee in public like as though the world is your toilet?
We would never get anywhere, and the draconian measures of post 1969 would have to be re-instituted for the sake of public safety because of racial and religious sensitivities. Seems to me like some of you do not deserve freedom or democracy, because you are shallow, narrow minded and corrupted by hubris (look it up). By all means fight the common enemy and find the similarities between different people not what sets us apart. And show respect to others so that you will be respected in turn. Learn some bloody manners, and make Anwar Ibrahim’s impossible job a little easier.

  133. Feroz Merican says:

Even RPK said, “That must be because he is a Mamak and not a Malay and does not know Malay protocol”. Even RPK is saying that Malays are somehow “better” and more “special” than Mamaks. Reminds me of the cast system in India and the accent on class and status in Indonesia. “We are better than you, because we are pure”. Hitler spoke the same way, as you doubtless know. If RPK really said that, I have lost all respect for him and his Royal self. He can take his blue blood and his superior attitude and shove it where the sun does not shine, because he speaks as though the sun shines out from his royal behind.

  134. wits0 says:

Well, Feroz, Mahakutty called the Suqui “Communists”, confirming the fav usage of that umnoputras’ curse words for what it considers ‘troublesome’ Chinese but are they so fazed by something that’s not true? Furthermore the issue of disallowing Chin Peng in his old age to return somewhat also substantiate this preposterousness. The crux of such matters also rest on the veracity or lack of while perception varies and offense may be easily invoked. People should be able to take things in their stride.

  135. Feroz Merican says:

Witso , if you want to hammer Dr. M and call him Mahakutty by all means do so, but leave the rest of the Indian Muslims out of it. We do not judge all Chinese by Mao Tse Tung or “Cash My Check” Chiang Kai Shek. To do so is only playing to the lowest common denominator. And by calling him MahaKutty, you only do yourself a disservice.
All you lose is your own self respect, and that applies to RPK and the people who post racist comments on this blog. You don’t have to take things in stride because you are not seeing comments referring to your race posted constantly. If you want to complain about people complain about Royalty and talk about why Malaysia is not yet a Republic.
All my friends are Chinese and Indians and they have never heard me refer to them in such a derogatary manner. And they are responsible enough to take my feelings into account, which is obviously something you have yet to learn.

  136. wits0 says:

Feroz, one can only wear a hat if it fits. Your race is not what you chose.

  137. Feroz Merican says:

People should not be using racist terms is all that I am saying. By calling him Mahakutty, you are being racist and going along with the majority apropos “Mamak Bashing”. Even your hero RPK is doing it. So are Mamaks now the one race evry one is allowed to crap upon? Don’t insult the chinks, the melayus and the tambis, but by all means insult the mamaks, is that what you’re saying? How does that make you better than the scum of UMNO and Barisan Nasional? You’re a sheep, and you say things because everybody else is saying it. You have no spine, no class, and deserve no credit. And people like you are going to be the reason why Anwar’s Government will fail. Because we have not grown up and we have not learned anything from History.

  138. kesava says:

“Dr. M and call him Mahakutty by all means do so, but leave the rest of the Indian Muslims out of it…” ~ Feroz

Why? Indian muslims have been in the forefront in creating the current mess. Indian muslims should be proud of the mess they have created. The recent Komtar protests led by indian muslims are just one fine example.
Indian muslims perverted the malays and have been at it since the Moplah riots, and before. Feroz oh Feroz you need to study your history before you blab and engage us in dissimulation in this blog.
All you do is lose your respect. But since all your friends are chinese and indians (as you claim) you confirm the success of the indian muslim trait of double dealing.
The most untrustworthy, despicable malaysians are indian muslims.

  139. kesava says:

Indian muslims have no spine, no class, and deserve no credit. They paly both sides and profit through the problems the cause.

  140. Feroz Merican says:

Don’t copy my words, la, come with your own or just shut the hell up and finish your rava thosai.

  141. kesava says:

    The Indian Muslim mentality:

1924 – Mohammed Ali to whom Gandhi showed such affection said, : “However pure Mr. Gandhi’s character may be, he must appear to me, from the point of religion, inferior to any Mussalman even though he be without character.”

1925 – he emphasized: “Yes, according to my religion and creed, I do hold an adulterous and a fallen Mussalman to be better than Mr. Gandhi”.

That is the true Islamofascist mentality revealed in all its glory. And Feroz shimmers with it.

  142. kesava says:

Feroz go and eat your cholestrolised roti canai if you cannot come up with something good. Or go and sit at your great Tan Sri SOK Ubaidulla`s grave and meditate. That raskol was in MIC and UMNO at the same time.

  143. Feroz Merican says:

And by the way, I am not an Indian Muslim , my father was an Indian whose religion was Methodist and my mother is Malay whose mother was arab and father Indian Muslim. What percentage Indian Muslim does it make me? You are so so dumb you cannot see my point and you confirm what I have been saying about racism on this Blog. You think Penang India Muslims represent all Indian Muslims? Huh? So I suppose Samy Vellu represents all Indians, then. He’s your guy, right? Thanks for 40 years of Samy Vellu.

  144. kesava says:

Feroz you still are an idiot. The komtar thing was just an example. But you take it out of context. Doesn`t matter what %age you are indian muslim. You can be arab, or paki, or whatever.
Ali jinnah was paki. pakistan was formed as a country for indian muslims. Same. They are the greatest racists. And it flows in your blood you racist.

  145. kesava says:

Samy vellu used to give blow jobs to ubaidulla and kutty Mahathir, just like gandhi used to give blow jobs to Paki Ali Jinnah.

  146. kesava says:

It was not that Gandhi was ignorant of Islamic fanaticism. He complained that Muslims are bullies and Hindus are cowards during riots. The Ali brothers had invited the Amir of Afghanistan to invade India . Swami Shraddhananda who was converting Muslims into Hinduism was shot dead by Abdul Rashid. No Muslim condemned the murder; instead Rashid was declared a martyr and was given a namaaz (prayed upon) in the mosques.

However Gandhi’s response was the mistaken one of appeasement: the belief that the bully would be transformed if only one shows friendship. So he pardoned every Muslim fanaticism. He said, “I have called Abdul Rashid a brother and I repeat it. I do not even regard him as guilty of Swami’s murder. Guilty indeed are those who excited feeling of hatred against one another”. He did not support the Hindu and Sikh protests against the cruelties of Nizam of Hyderabad.

After 1947, he said “Hindus should never be angry against the Muslims even if the latter might make up their minds to undo even their existence.” Also: “They (Hindus) should not be afraid of death. After all, the killers will be none other than our Muslim brothers”.

Unfortunately spirituality and brotherhood do not have any impact on Muslim fanatics who by the very tenets of their religion are called upon to regard the non-Muslims as their enemies. No matter how much you give them they are never satisfied until the world is Islamic according to their views.

  147. kesava says:

Feroz Merican must be a Paki ISI operative.

  148. wits0 says:

Feroz – “Because we have not grown up and we have not learned anything from History.”

The populist culture today is political correctness and we shall certainly learn norhing from it from this post modernist nonsense. The fear of being wrongly called racist has also conveniently obfuscated unpleasant realities.

  149. Feroz Merican says:

    Hey up yours, lah,
    my last name is Dawson.
    Merican is my mother’s name.
But my real name is Dawson.
And I am a Marxist and an atheist.
I am not a Muslim nor am I a Christian.
And the reason that is is because of small minded fools like you.
What flows in my blood is alcohol, not my grandfather’s religion.
You think I give a crap about Muhammad Ali Jinnah or Musharraf?
You are young. So I’ll give you a break. Join the Socialist Party and
    read up on Karl Marx.

  150. kesava says:

Hey up yours, lah, – Feroz Merican

You should know – it`s an indian muslim speciality.

  151. kesava says:

What flows in my blood is alcohol, – Feroz Marican

Yeah? JAIS looking for you so they can “katal” you for :

What flows in my blood is alcohol
And I am a Marxist and an atheist

  152. kesava says:

Join the Socialist Party and read up on Karl Marx. – Feroz merican

    Fascist

  153. Feroz Merican says:

Since you are so interested in blow jobs, I suggest you give your boss one today .
Seeing that Indians specialize in being Lackeys. It’s an Indian speciality.

  154. kesava says:

Before 1989, there were probably only two systems of belief left in the world that people would kill for: Islam and Marxism.
Now there is only one: Islam.

  155. Feroz Merican says:

A Socialist is the is at the far left end of the political spectrum. A Fascist is on the far right end of said spectrum. That is the lesson for today. You can keep the 5 bucks.

  156. kesava says:

Since you are so interested in blow jobs, I suggest you give your boss one today – Feroz merican

Well, you are more fun being blown away.

  157. kesava says:

A Socialist is the is at the far left end of the political spectrum. A Fascist is on the far right end of said spectrum. That is the lesson for today. You can keep the 5 bucks. – feroz merican

What 5 bucks. i never go to indian muslim joints.

  158. kesava says:

A Socialist is the is at the far left end of the political spectrum. A Fascist is on the far right end of said spectrum. – Feroz Merican

Idiot. Even there dissimulating after trying to convince others of following Karl Marx.

  159. hutchrun says:

At least this part mamak Feroz agrees with Shafee Abdullah that “half breed” RPK is a pariah.

  160. hutchrun says:

At least this part mamak Feroz agrees with Shafee Abdullah that “half breed” RPK is a pa*iah.

  161. Feroz Merican says:

Hutchrun, how dare you, I don’t agree with Shafee Abdullah at all. I don’t know him and I despise what he stands for, I abhor his actions and to me he is the scum of the earth.
I was talking about overt racism on this blog and in Malaysian society, when someone as important as RPK can say what he did and call Shafee a mamak as if that explains everything. As for calling me “part mamak”, Hutchrun, **** you and your family.

  162. Feroz Merican says:

Witso, you imply that talking about racism is pandering to political correctness. I have never been PC, I know what I see, and I could not care less about political correctness.
You want to be racist go ahead but never assume my intention is to be holier than others. I call it as I see it, and to talk about ‘mamaks” today will lead to other races talked about another day. It is a Pandora’s Box once you open it, and my question is..
where do you draw the line against obvious and overt racism? Once you start, somebody else will finish it, man. And then you will deserve everything you receive.
And you will get it, believe me.

  163. wits0 says:

Feroz, you’re promoting the fear of racist branding to protect and deny things that have been self evident over time because it hurts your personal sensitivities. The fact is that racism has always been overt and one sided and the lain lain has always been on the receiving end and taken it well enough. Now this has become so taken for granted that even the identifiably outstanding ones, many of which seems to be umno mamaks must not even be noticed or mentioned by anyone, even after decades. The Pandora box was long opened. We should be blind and dumb just so as to keep up with the appeasement of bad behaviour? Not a squeak allowed?

  164. Feroz Merican says:

Say what you want, witso, but leave derogotary terms out of it. I can’t help feeling that this sort of behaviour sounds just like whites in the US using the term ‘nigger’ to refer to blacks in the 60’s, and even now, to tell you the truth. “Those f***ing niggers are a filthy race”. Not a squeak allowed? far from it, just look at this blog, if it is a microcosm of Malaysian society, then heaven help us. Referring to people as filthy has no place in civilised society, and this blog is full of it. So the Pandora’s Box has been long opened eh? And you can’t stick to stick your knife in. Have some guts and call Malays “niggers”, don’t join the crowd and declare open season on “mamaks”. You can’t stand the fact that Mahathir was PM for all these years and you accuse all indian muslims of being like him. That’s the truth, isn’t it? Haven’t you learnt anything from Nelson Mandela? Didn’t your parents teach you to respect your neighbours? You are so proud to have your turn being racist, narrow minded and mean. You prove my point with every post you make. And you want to talk about “obfuscating reality”. What a laugh. You don’t have to be dumb and blind, just be civilized. And your vocabulary can’t save you from the fact that you are just as racist as these pigs and scum that call themselves Malaysian.

  165. reach says:

As for calling me “part mamak”, Hutchrun, **** you and your family. – Feroz Merican (05:22:54)

Shah Kirit and his Hinduism Preach
    Sun, 06/04/2008 – 20:54 — sactyr

Shah Kirit Bin Kakulal Govindji Da’wa, or better known as Brother Shah, is an officer at the Islamic Information & Services (IIS) , Malaysia.

About 5 years ago, he gave a talk on Hinduism in Kedah for “specific purpose of missionary work training only, limited to the group in attendance, and definitely NOT for public viewing.” Those are his own words from his own website, here .

Now I have listed the videos below. I watched them with disgust and rage as Brother Shah here tries to explain Hindusim to the select audience.

    http://www.hindraf.org/content/shah-kirit-and-his-hinduism-preach

  169. Feroz Merican says:

Reach, why don’t you take you take a parang and kill a couple of mamaks today?
Or would you prefer a mob so that you have better odds of surviving and running away?
What is your point? You want to wipe out all the mamaks in Malaysia? Will that make you happy? You want to rape a couple of mamak girls, will that make you happy?
You want to burn down a rich mamak’s house, will that make you happy? Or do you want Liverpool to finally win the Premier league?

  170. reach says:

    Ferozes and kerlings lovers

  171. Feroz Merican says:

Doesn’t even make sense, reach, why don’t you read a book? Better yet, why don’t you get an education and come back and talk to me in two years, you will not be missed.
    Make your mother proud.

  172. reach says:

Now and before indian muslims abuse non muslims parents also. Very good show your true colours son of karl marx. Join your still being educated mara brothers go kill and indian today.

  173. Feroz Merican says:

Reach , I am in the States, enjoy your your filthy roti canai in your filthy mamak shop.
I don’t have to kill indians, I just say hello to them everyday in Wal-Mart.

  174. wits0 says:

Feroz, so everyone is pathetic in this blog? Then why do you bother to come to be among the wretched? To right that which is wrong here? Perhaps you have overestimated your own capacity to impose your righteousness.

  175. Feroz Merican says:

Perhaps it it to tell arrogant, verbose pontificators like you to take a hike and save your drivel for your coffee shop among the ignorant and the uneducated, Witso.
You don’t fool me for a second. You have a high opinion of yourself, and somebody
has to take you down a peg or ten.

God, reach, you ‘re dumber than Kesavan, and that is saying something. Are you related? You should never marry your first cousins, your children will grow up to be MIC supporters.

  180. wits0 says:

Perhaps being in the States makes you think you’re better than others, Feroz.

  183. Feroz Merican says:

Sure, Witso, sure. I’ve only been here 4 months and I’m over 40 years old, but if that’s what you want to think, go ahead. Reach for the bottom of the barrel, that’s your level.

  184. Menyalak-er says:

Woe! Woe! Woe! Guys, take it easy please…, I don’t think we are getting anywhere with this.
Feroz, please don’t take this personally, you’re really a fine guy. It’s just that the racist word that stirring everybody up, is actually the fault of one man, whom i personally call Hypermammak – a ‘personal to beholder’ title. I don’t use this name for any one else. But others have seen fit (as their perception dictates), to label a whole segment of populace in derogatory terms, because of the things that are happening on the ground – as bumno is run by these segment of guys. However, i’m can’t apologize on their behalf for their perceptual ‘shortcomings’.
Its a ‘perception’ thing – this labelling; and actually we are closer in thought action and aims – and it definitely not good to continue like this, especially on a personal note.
I hope, guys, that we can get past this sensitivity on both sides and stay focused on the problems at hand… Tolong-la.

  185. reach says:

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  186. Feroz Merican says:

    OK, Menyalak-er, consider it done.
