Alamak. Kenapa-lah mereka namakan majalah mereka ‘Suara Rakyat’?

Nah, apa dah jadi sekarang? NGO semua buat bising.

Nama je konon2 suara rakyat, padahal tu jadi medium menyebarkan fahaman politik mereka. Mereka ni semua hipokrit, mengambil kesempatan terhadap rakyat sebenarnya.

this is sad..so it seems like the virtuous Pakatan is not so virtuous after all. Are they saying those who don’t support their propaganda is not rakyat then?

If the first issue has LGE`s face on the cover, so what? I see nothing wrong at all with an inaugural issue doing that. And it is only natural that the Pakatan Rakyat`s vision is pushed forward – not the BN`s.

Or is the writer insistent that LGE being chinese, should not be on the front page. And from that the writer deduces that this is Pakatan propaganda. People don`t care if it`s derogatively termed by the BN sponsored NGOs as `Pakatan Propaganda`. Any publication by any pakatan run state would have earned the same detractors. In fact, it`s very easily something the Star, Utusan or NST could come out with.
Rakyat need easily accessible info on the Pakatan run state.

And we all know of those Penang NGOs that were demonstrating immediately after the GE. Next pakatan should investigate these NGOs.

    About perception and reality
    [ ]
Now can the PAS people understand what they have done? They have committed ‘close proximity’ with Umno. And that is a crime in Islam. Okay, maybe they did not strip naked and bugger Umno, or allowed Umno to bugger them. It is not the buggering that people are concerned about. It is the crime of close proximity with Umno that is the issue. And any secret rendezvous with Umno, not once but many times mind you, is what concerns us. If it had been an open meeting in full view of the public then that would be another thing altogether; although still troubling enough.

There are those who say that there is nothing wrong in PAS having ‘Malay unity’ talks with Umno. Malay unity is not un-Islamic, they argue. In fact, they further argue, Islam demands unity of the Ummah. So PAS is absolutely Islamic in agreeing to these Malay unity talks, they try to convince us.

Okay, let us dissect this argument. PAS agrees that there should be Malay unity. Malay unity against whom? Malays can only be united if it is against non-Malays. Are they arguing that Malays must unite against non-Malays? What would be the reason for Malays to unite other than to unite against non-Malays?

The latest intelligence report indicates that Abdullah Badawi will attempt to dissolve the Parliament on September 1st since he has now gotten the nods from the Yes Men Ministers today at behind doors. Following that, the nomination day will be on the 4th of September and the 13th General elections would be held on 13th September.

The reasoning is simple: UMNO intelligence has discovered that the Anwar’s promise of crossover of MPs by 16 September is no hoax and no joke. This has shocked the BN top level echelon people to the core and they are trying one last attempt to cling on to power, especially UMNO.

It is a magazine not newspaper, it can be allowed to choose whichever POLITICAL AGENDA which the Editor chooses to write. PKR also chooses to print “SUARA KEADILAN” newspapers so what? PAS got HARAKAH Daily and even now the Indians got Makkal Osai. The only thing that I agrees upon is the fund used to fund such PRINTED INFOS. M`kini: How do you as a MCA leader view the latest development pertaining to Umno holding talks with PAS leaders?

MCA vice- president Ong Tee Keat : Normally we don’t make conclusive remarks based on certain phenomena (referring to the Umno-PAS talks) only. We must understand till today, both Umno and PAS, their leaders through their respective statements have been portraying the scenario of their talks confining to issues on Islam and Malay unity.

It won’t be fair for anybody to act on hearsay. But having said that, to me, why can’t we think out of the box. Any party from different sides of the political divide, to touch base or engage in positive engagement on issues relevant to them can also be applicable to other political parties. What is so wrong about it?

M`kini: Some readers of Malaysiakini have expressed the view that MCA should voice out its stand now on the Umno-PAS talks because of the stand of PAS towards an Islamic state.

MCA vice- president Ong Tee Keat : Same issue. We should look at this development from different angles rather than from one angle. Firstly, let us scrutinise this issue from the viewpoint involving two parties from the political divide. Can they talk to each other. My answer is ‘yes’.

  29. Rumble says:

MCA has always castigated DAP for working with PAS. Before the 2008 elections, MCA tried to whip up fear among the Chinese that DAP’s co-operation with PAS meant support for an Islamic state.

After the elections, MCA’s Ong Ka Chun demanded that DAP apologise to the Chinese for misleading them and forming state governments with PAS.

Now that news has broken out that Umno has talked to PAS about sharing power, why is MCA so quiet? DAP is the devil for cooperating with PAS, but not Umno?

Or is it that MCA dare not speak up against their Umno masters?

MCA’s hypocrisy has been revealed for all to see. Their trousers have slipped off and their stark impotence is not a pretty sight.

Do Chinese need any more proof that this pointless and powerless party cannot represent them and only exists to serve itself?

Have you tasted tyranny first hand ? Do you know what it means to be separated from your dear loved ones for the sake of the country ?
Have you stood in the frontline of the rakyat’s protest and offer to be arrested on behalf of the rakyat ? Do you really have experience in being the ‘mouthpiece’ of the rakyat in actual crisis situation?

i also agree with ironic_law about the magazine. i have no problem with its name ‘suara rakyat’ too. and why made so much noises with the first issue of the magazine being fulll of news of PR? the magazine is produced by them right? so of course the first issue mostly about them but i’m sure it being about them, also on what they can do for the rakyat or how they can help the rakyat and so on… hence it does involve the rakyat.

As for BN, chastise them from using all the RAKYAT’S MONEY!!!! 50 years they have sucked us dry! Pakatan, you can have another 50 years with my blessings!

Why both the Kiasu PeeM and Kiasi DPeeM must go now because these liars who blocked and spinned lies & deceits in the MSM of the non-existent Oil Subsidies and hike the fuels prices to revenge against the Rakyats for their Poll Defeats in losing the 5 States & 2/3 majority in Parliament, cannot rule for long as they have destroyed the BN and lost the trust of all the Rakyats??? This is why Tun Dr. Mahathir is always correct, they must be removed with a surgical knife immediately internally or externally.

Why the Malaysian Police is more interested in the allegation of DSAI than those against of DPeeM Najeeb??? Also, the Malaysian Police has now been tarnished by not serving the Rakyat’s interests but instead becomes the tools for the Kiasu BN to cling on to Power by bullying the ordinary citizens fighting for their basic rights!!!

Also, why hasn’t the police found the source from where did the C4 came from and the culprit C4 expert who placed the charges and detonated the C4 on the Mongolian Woman, there could not be many real sources of the C4 and nor are there many C4 experts in Malaysia unless there is a conspiracy to cover up. Also, the Immigration Entry record of Altantuya’s coming into Malaysia was deleted but the Police did not get the Immigration Personnel Culprit who has had the access into the Immigration Computerized System for the Entry Records to have done this in his conspiracy with the Murderers, there could not be many who have authorized access to these Entry Records. The Malaysian Police has now become the tools of those in power to suppress the truths even Murder.

The Malaysian Police are all not only bullying thugs but also all are cowards who are cowed by the mighty high ranking BN politician and are cowed into covering up for him. The Kiasi DPeeM has been denying that he ever met, nor never met Altantuya.

The Malaysian Police are nothing but all bullying thugs who know how to bully the ordinary citizens fighting for their basic rights like fighting for the access road in Cheras and also bullying the ordinary citizens who recently protested the fuels price hikes, which did have a domino effect resulting in price hikes in foods and essentials, which should not have been hiked in the first place as well because Malaysia is the nett producer and exporter of Crude Oil and we should be enjoying the windfall profits from Crude Oil like all Oil Producers and Exporters if the Country’s resources are not badly mis-managed by the greedy, corrupted, incompetent & moronic high ranking Kiasu BN politician who helm the BN Government to hike the fuels prices not out of necessity but out of greed in order to plunder, cheat & rob the Malaysian Citizens of their Purchasing Power & reasonable cost of livelihood in revenge for their GE12’s losses to the opposition. Throw out that despotic moronic rotten tyranny soonest possible to stop the rot now otherwise Malaysia’s wealth could be decimated in no time with such chronic rotten tyranny. So therefore in order to desperately cling to Power they now attempt to use the Police to do their bidding by whatever dirty tricks and cook up false evidences & to hide PI Balasubramaniam, & to put RPK & DSAI away to save themselves harmless by their under-handed tactics shamelessly as can be seen by planting Saiful to work for DSAI in-order to trap and remove him at the slightest chance. Where has natural justice in Malaysia gone, perhaps most probably gone to the dogs, if Kiasu BN remains in power??? Probably perhaps that only justice will be done if there is a Royal Commission of Enquiry called-in to investigate these cases.

Also PAS was not born yesterday to be taken in by the Kiasu Umno’s ploy to make use of the full support PAS is getting from the Rakyats of all races because of their present status in the fold of their membership in Pakatan Rakyat. If they leave Pakatan Rakyat to join the Kiasu power crazy Umno in an evil alliance it is obvious their popularity will be decimated in no time.

See for yourself whether the Kiasi DPeeM of Malaysia is lying that he never met Altantuya:-

This is petty. When there is no way MSM is going to allow no/much publicity to PKR state govts, it is a necessity to have a form of conduit pipe between the rakyat & the PKR leaders.

However, it is best, my personal opinion, to be PKR leaders to have “blogs” – with permanent staff, looking at all comments, problems and grievances of the rakyat 24-7; that way, it is more personal and faster.

The cyber warfare “killed” BN domination & destroyed all parties; it is only that certain political parties in BN who refuse to believe that they are destroyed. They use all kind of dirty tactics, political manouvres, scandolous games etc etc to stay in power.

    Hidup PKR! Turun BN! Reformasi!Reformasi!

What have you got to say about the advertisement bill boards showing pictures of Pee M Deep Pee M all over KL at the expense of the taxpayers money. you guys are missing the point. the mags is supposed to be official reports or representation the government formed by Pakatan Rakyat. this is the only viable venue as compared to the mainstream media. how else would the offical Pakatan Rakyat governments reached those ppl in kampungs? through newspaper controlled by BN die-hards? through RTM or Media Prima channels controlled by BN supporters? how many news have been distorted that create unnecessary unrest or conflicts within the Pakatan Rakyat. Believe me this is as good as owning Pakatan Rakyat own media network! Do you think the federal government will allow Pakatan Rakyat to have their own TV station? radio station? not in a million years I presumed! So lets not make a stupid assumption and jump the gun by saying the Pakatan Rakyat government is equal to BN.. they are not even in the same league.. one in a corrupt league and intention to milk every sen out of the government for cronies and families whilst the other is for the rakyat to ensure rakyat gets the actual news and as a platform to reach the rakyat…

Whatever you address yourselves, will come back to square, we are Malaysian.

For this, I encourage all Malaysians, especially Malay brothers and sisters, to participate in Dr. Hsu’s Forum,
    http://hsudarren.wordpress.com/

Dr. Hsu, a Gerakan member, is Bangsa Malaysia of the ‘truest’ sense. Whether you agree or disagree, I believe in diversity, ‘DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH’ fellow Malaysians.

  63. Bolehwan says:

But Gerakan support racist party like uMno, mCa & mIc leh? So how to champion for bangsa malaysia when the party still support racial policy?

  64. A true Malaysian says:

Bolehwan, this is what people general believe. Go read Dr. Hsu’s articles, and you will realise you and me are wrong with this perception.

Anyway, Dr. Hsu use Gerakan as platform to voice out his opinion, he is not interested in seeking position in Gerakan and in government. What Dr. Hsu envisioned is ‘multiracial’ politics, which is also the ideology of Gerakan, DAP, PKR.

HERE’S WHAT I DISCOVERED FROM THE ARCHIVES:-

KHALID JAFRI, THE AUTHOR OF THE BOOK – “50 REASONS WHY ANWAR CANNOT BE THE PM” , DIED A HORRIBLE DEATH IN 2005 NOT LONG AFTER DSAI WAS AWARDED DAMAGES FOR THE DEFAMATION.

DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT FELLA DIED? APPARENTLY HIS THIGH HAD TO BE AMPUTATED AS A RESULT OF DIABETES!

BEWARE THOSE OF YOU WHO SIDE WITH EVIL….

  66. wits0 says:

A true Malaysian, I like Dr Hsu’s well reasoned takes although they are often so mild but his being connected with #@!#*! useless Gerakan is an unnecessary minus point.

    wits0,

Gerakan is uselss, I agreed. Gerakan is useless because its so-called ‘top leaders’ are blind and deaf, they are not receptive to views of Dr. Hsu. He did not join Gerakan for fame.

Well said, I’ve read Wawasan Rakyat before, not too bad of a magazine, more like a news letter of what they’ve done. Of course with exaggeration.

I hope that they aren’t repeating what they’ve critic in the past, it is still understandable that they put Guan Eng up as the cover man. (LoL) Because he’s kinda the man in control now.

However I really hope that your voice, a real suara rakyat is heard by them🙂

It seems to be this is about anti establishment…. However, you have the right to voice you opinion. Why not review what are being reported on the magazine and let people decide. Nit picky about name, picture and this and that doesn’t bring you anywhere… but more of bias information for your readers. You can argue that is your right to voice opinion but at the same time it is your responsibilities as a decent rakyat to voice the correct opinion and at times argue it from both sites to make your blog credible.

I like the expression “Suara Rakyat” which was loud and clear when they voted BN to be the Government. So what’s all the bising bising by those Born Losers still trying to wrestle power impatiently? Anwar would have been PM already if not for betraying his countrymen in 1997/8 by legalising short selling of currency and stocks for those “Financial Paedophiles” to attack our fledging economy. Now they feel compelled to speak out for him. All Malaysians must now be convinced like me that Anwar is the MOST CORRUPT politician the country has ever seen and will never see again. Also he “main belakang”. What does that tell you about his leadership? He comes from behind hehe

    Have a good weekend guys.

Sudahlah, tak payah nak sorok2 lagi, tak payah berlakon dalam masa yang sama mempergunakan perkataan rakyat je.

It was shocking to find that Saiful was indeed sodomized but…the twist (in the latest revelation) is that the person who did it – was the man in the picture! This was part of the act to show people convincingly that Saiful was indeed really in pain of sodomy. As said, people wanted to be awed and to be fooled, but the first act of magic called The Turn was not shown there. Only the final act – the Prestige was shown instead.

The proof? When the doctors first examine Saiful’s ass, the real truth is that the semen specimen inside there is not Anwar but the so called ‘transverstite’ relative of Saiful. How did Saiful meet Najib? The answer was there…Rosmah and her trade partner.

  78. Grill says:

Malaysia’s legal pursuit of Anwar Ibrahim is destroying the country’s reputation……………
It is about time for Malaysia to drop the charade. Attempting to convict opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim of forcible sodomy is an embarrassment in contrast with the completely ignored and much more serious allegations linking the deputy prime minister to the execution-style murder of his reputed former girlfriend.

  79. BobbyNZ says:

The Rule of Law demands the Police to take action against Anwar if DNA evidence confirmed by foreign forensic experts clearly prove him guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. Malaysia must stand up for Rule of Law unlike US that went to war to Iraq! The CROOKS almost succeeded to destroy the Malaysian economy by devaluing our currency and stocks by 90%. It has nothing to do with “gambling”. Only idiots come to such conclusion.

Psychiatrist is a cyber robot planted by Umno all to disregard his comments.

The Kiasu PeeM & the Kiasi DPeeM are both very desperate now under great pressure within Umno and then also by all the Malaysian Citizens not reading the suppressed News from the MSM for what they have done to Malaysia and in order to divert attention from themselves they have to initiate defection of the great pressure by charging DSAI for Sodomy and to get rid of him from entering parliament and his planned overthrow of the present corrupted regime.
