The name Melayu is an Indian word to denote hills or mountain range. There is a place in south India called Melayur.

OK, the “Bankrupt” headline may have been over-sensational – it was meant to get attention.
Commerically speaking Felda is not bankrupt. It still has enough cash to operate.
The fact is Felda’s reserves, accumulated over 54 years, originally ran into multi-billion Ringgit. The bulk of it has been plundered as if it were somebody’s kitty bank. There’s a few hundred million left. If not for the expose, only insiders would have known about it. Most of the people who knew what happened are either too scared to speak up, or they were gorging from the trough as well.

A person I know, who is a respected retired surgeon – one of the few Malaysian surgeons in his field back in the 1970′s – never knew who on earth his father was. Even his mother wasn’t sure….it was a “job related accident”

If Nik Aziz failed to teach proper Islamic values to the already Muslim kids from Muslim families of Kelantan, where the hell did Nik Aziz found the idea that he had succeed so with Karpal?
Karpal seemed quite surprise when asked about his ‘acceptance’ of the Islamic Country concept and firmly repeated his principle that he would never have anything to do with Islam. He may be killed and that his body be walked over or given a second chance in life, but Karpal would never ever compromise on setting up an Islamic Country. This is known all along and you don’t need a phsycic power to know it.
