This is a message from 1BLACK Malaysia:
A special memorial will be held tomorrow night at KLSCAH tomorrow night, the 14th day of Beng Hock’s death.
But this is not one for him alone, but for all others who perished in custody – police lock-up, prison, detention camp.
We do not have the figure since the inception of Malaya or Malaysia.
From 2003 to date, the number is 1,804 excluding Beng Hock.
That is 23 deaths every month, or 3 deaths every four days.
One life lost is too much. Is it not? When Beng Hock died, many of us would like him to be the last.
He did not make it. R.Gunasegaran, 31, died in custody in Sentul a few hours after Beng Hock’s death.
Can we still feel indifferent?
Come tomorrow night to KLSCAH, in black. (Please avoid bright colour even if you dont have anything black.)
Light a candle for the dead who should be living.
There will be no political speech.
There will be no religious ceremony.
There will be only tribute to the dead and reflections of the living.

When human rights are at the lowest of any country…it is a sign of clear police brutalities.
Why is UMNO not doing anything about it?
It is because they do not know how to manage a country at all.
It is because…they learn the art to blame others….so they need not learn to manage the country at all.
It is because they are experts to brainwash minds with papers,.TV..slogans..on going showmen..by the most crooked politicians on earth.
It is SOLELY due to so many Malaysians totally selfish and racialistic minded….when means UMNO kind of politics succeeded…all the time.
But signs are showing vast majority Malaysians are saying..enough is enough…to UMNO.
Reading Susan’s post…I feel disgusted and helpless.
Especially feeling helpless…talk less…and wait to do more.
On that..it must be the 13th GE…for salvation day.
Let the young voters know…it does not bother me…who governs the country at all….but it does bother me completely….if I think of the country and the people.
As such…it is my noble duty to vote …..change of government.
With that change…..we have a chance for a better life…as UMNO can never change. Do not be fooled by the “I Malaysia” double meaning slogan.
So many cruel things are happening…under UMNO.
Not one high raking police leader go to court for corruptions have ever been proven guilty.
Signs are all over….UMNO is corrupted to the core…..and money is buying loyalties.
What can we do….reading 1805 deaths under police.since 2003.
They should take that figure and find out how many deaths are under police custody in developed countries…based on same population..as
July 29th, 2009 at 2:26 am

Just busy looking at “cows & cars”………….!
How long some more can the rakyat take all “these”…?????

Why no KPI to reduce death in custody by say 50% by the end of 2010?
July 29th, 2009 at 9:00 am
To achieve 20% lower crime rate but 20% higher custody death rate….This Bodoh Land is practising modern system of killing field.

Some Malaysians have been very critical of Guantanamo Bay detention facility and Abu Ghraib prison, now the irony is just that – you guys have many Guantanamo Bays without the actual name in your land. Malaysia is a country of murder cops and politicians and businessmen who call the shots.
Jean, where are u?
July 29th, 2009 at 11:44 am
Even the much criticized Guantanamo Bay detention camp & Abu Ghraib prison hardly heard of “Death-during-Detention”, compared to our Bodohland’s death in PRDM lokap > 1,800 within 6 years period.
Maresia Boleh, PRDM Boleh, MACC Boleh, BN Boleh…….

July 29th, 2009 at 12:28 pm
R40s,
U r absolutely right about the unheard-of-deaths but gruesome torture at Guantanamo B. and A. Ghraib. Like I mentioned before on other forums, the Malaysian Government’s treatment of detainees, whether criminal or other alleged misdeeds has ended-up in custodial death in esp. police lock-ups.
It would be very foolish to believe the absurdity of the stories concocted by the “hosts” (police/MACC) when they tell the public that some of the suspects inside the cell slipped/fell-down en-route/causing their death. One would buy the stories if one/two detainees suffered the slip and die effect, but with hundreds of stories anew a year to justify and to exculpate the interrogators/captors, it would be as good as to believe that I am Tom Cruise.
July 29th, 2009 at 2:55 pm
Mark my words….if BN is still in power, they will still make use of PDRM, MACC and other so called “Malay Institutions” to try to take over PR states. Then you will still see deaths occur in these custodies.
I saw with my own eyes when 2 ploice patrol care chased a motocycle and cornerd him. The rider tried to make a run but was caught and from my condo, I saw policemen kicking the rider and used the helmet of the rider to hammer him and scolded vulgar words on him ….more kicks and slaps were let onto the poor chap before they bundled him into the patrol car and then rode off…and one of the policemen rode the motorcycle without helmet to the station…..licensed gangsters.
I know the rider could have done some bad things but at least exercise some humanity on the catch…my wife was horrified at the way the police beat up the rider…
Well…its Malaysia Boleh…PDRM Boleh….MACC Boleh…..

Put the blame on pariah Mahathir, his NEP policy that only Malay and his cronies would be appointed to head the police, army, navy,in fact all the chiefs of the government departments. Not the best people and the most competent !
As a result these ‘bosses’ are not only morons but they have the wrong attitude that country owes them the jobs and worst of all that they are doing the nation a big favour. These people are not trained to respect human rights or know anything about it and also how to compete to improve.
This is typical of him, he does not want to sell sand to Singapore for fear it would make all his developments very backwards. So what he is saying is don’t progress and I will look like a champion of developments. He will then be the king of the blind !
This is what he has taught all the Ketunanan Melayu, his cronies and his supporters. He does not understand the word competition and that surely is one of the main reasons why the Ketuanan Melayu is behind in every thing but more than very good in corruption in the world.
This is the result of his tenure, he gives the crumb to satisfy the Malays and keeps the bulk to himself and his children. Typical of all the half breeds who penetrated into UMNO, who will not do anything good for their own kind, least they will be accused of favouring their kind. He is not a Malay but an Indian. If you have his DNA tested the Ketunanan Melayu will be disappointed, to find he is an Indian in disguise as a Malay !
He does not want the Malays to progress least they might want everything back from him and his children.
At the rate things are going and when the country has run out of oil Malaysia will surely be another Bangladesh or Pakistan !
To him, all his opponents should not be on this earth and he must be the happiest person around and that is why so many people die in custody.
Is there a person more hated than him in Malaysia ?
July 29th, 2009 at 3:43 pm
Thank you R40s
July 29th, 2009 at 4:48 pm
All of them are learning from the leaders at UMNO.
Surely you heard this before -lead by example before.
These morons do not know the value of human life, to them they are just a nuisance and very dispensable !

The coroner’s court was told on Wednesday that more than one male DNA sample was found on the clothing of Selangor political officer Teoh Beng Hock, who fell to his death after a prolonged interrogation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
The news bolstered already widespread speculation that the 30-year old Teoh was manhandled prior to his death or even ejected through the 14th floor window of the MACC office at which he had been taken for questioning as a witness.

July 29th, 2009 at 5:32 pm
Seems i’m correct in my guess that he was ejected from the window by not more than 2 persons. Possibly after being murdered a couple hours earlier. A fall would cover up murder almost nicely especially like in the case of breaking someone’s neck(Commando style), for example.
July 29th, 2009 at 8:17 pm

It does surprise me that a ‘deadweight’ of say 65kg falling 30m (approx 9 flrs.) at 1g was so silent that nobody would have noticed @ 8.30-9.30am.
Only in this wonderful nation of ours can we have ‘selective’ deafness, blindness and anaesthesia. Maybe all the others in the building were ‘profolol’ed like master Jackson the Moonwalker.
Imagine the depth of somnolence…

Just too back Beng Hock was young and ignorant who had been convinced by some dubious nuts to join politics!
Beng Hock was a journalist before joining that out of date nepotistic rocket. What was on Beng Hock’s mind before making the final decision to join Dynastic Assh*le Parasites (DAP)?
July 29th, 2009 at 9:26 pm
But Beng Hock realized there was no future in this cuckoo party and wanted to quit, but alas he was murdered by the greed and evil people in politics.
As long as we still have all these evil devils around, well, Beng Hock will not the last, there will be more cases surfaced in due time.

In a media statement today, the MP for Ipoh Timor, challenged the MACC to submit itself to a public inquiry to establish that it is not in any way responsible for the “black blog” set up in the past week to defame DAP Selangor excos with lies, half-truths and doctored documents.
He said suspicions abound as to who are behind the anonymous “black blog” which appeared recently to defame the DAP excos , in particular Ronnie Liu and Ean Yong Hian Wah, accusing them of corrupt practices based on lies and doctored documents.

And back to Teoh Beng Hock.
RPK showed two photos of bodies fell from high buildings.
One resulted with so much blood splashed out from the head …as head down is usually the case of a high fall….and a loud bang was heard.
On Teoh’s so call 14th floor fall…body was clean..head was clean..no blood…..which suggests.. body was put there.
Go view the photos.
Any fool will tell you……..MACC lied.
Najib protects MACC. MACC protects Najib. MACC guys are chosen from the police force….not new recruits.
How long are we going to see so many acting and side shows with innocent lives involves…….protecting the guilty ones?
Why must a suspect be subject to such cruel ways of questioning….for a mere RM2408 police report?
Presuming Teoh stole the money….why was he questioned from 5pm till 4am? What kind of law is this?
Was he planning a suicide bombing?
Was he planning to assassinate anyone?
Was his room found with pistols…bombs and arsenal materials?
Shit…Malaysia police work and investigations stinks….with dirty politics!!

..what I can’t understand about Malays is how they can tolerate their own kind disgracing their race. How come they do not demonstrate outrage that their race is being disgraced by their own kind? Why is it when you mock them to their face they go ballistic but when their own kind bring shame to their race they keep their silence?
I mean, when we hear about a detainee being killed in custody it would most likely be Malays who are behind the act. When we hear about a government officer being arrested and charged for corruption it is most times Malays who are the culprits. When someone upholds racism and asks that it be institutionalised chances are this someone would be a Malay. And the list goes one.
The bottom line is, Malays are the ones disgracing their race. This makes a mockery of the so-called dignity and pride of Malays. How can Malays continue talking about dignity and pride when those of their own kind are acting disgracefully? Why do Malays not retaliate against fellow Malays who are disgracing their race? Should not Malays rise in anger and lynch fellow Malays who are giving their race a bad name?

Utusan defends murder…..calls for legalising it:
Lau today lodged a police report here and confirmed that more reports against Utusan would be lodged soon in relation to other articles.
“There will be more reports made against Utusan Malaysia, not only on this article but also other articles with racist remarks. I think Utusan has been notorious in this issue and therefore I think it is time for us to continue to press them to be more ethically responsible,” he added.
Teoh, the political aide to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah, was found dead on July 16 outside the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) office in Shah Alam. The 30-year-old was earlier interrogated as part of MACC’s investigation into the alleged misuse of state allocations by Selangor assemblymen.
Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders have accused the MACC of being a political tool of the Barisan Nasional (BN) and Umno in the ruling coalition’s attempt at toppling the Selangor state government.
The Umno-owned Utusan Malaysia and other newspapers controlled by the party have also been accused of publishing stories with a racial slant or which suggest guilt on the part of PR leaders.

Why must one need to fight with arms…..amigo?
Are you a Malaysian and a registered voter?
Yesterday…I dealt with a 21 year old retail salesman…who listened and asked questions on politics.
Spoken for few minutes….I stopped and asked him same question…is he a voter? He replied he has not register to vote..yet.
Focus on telling him..how important it is to votes….he promised to get registered and vote.
One elderly man listened and said..I was right…it is time to vote change of government and he said….he used to vote for present government.
So amigo….I ask again..are you a voter and have you voted in 12th GE?

Don’t talk about the KPI for reducing death in custody by 50%. The PM talk abount KPI and many other big words . But he dare not even reveal are the KPI that hs is aiming for.He dare not reveal because he will not achieve them .
May be his KPI are makan tiga kali sehari, taruh rosmah satu kali seminggu, taruh mongolian model tiga kali sehari and tidur 18 jam sehari. He will never achieve what ever his KPIs are because he will keep shifting his goal post.

Truths can make you or break you…..how true.
But that truths we are seeking is not the true road to salvation…to free himself…..no religious teachings.
This blog is about truths..to free Malaysians from bondage under an evil government….thus the truths will save us all….that is…if we can see the truth…the whole truth and nothing but the truth….starting from “1 Malaysia”……which is bunkum…when UMNO BARU cannot even unite Malays into one…for 30 years.
The truth is Malaysians are united with no help from UMNO BARU …..but through education…and Najib is cashing into the majority against UMNO BARU.. like the usual snakes ad monkies from UMNO BARU…taught by half Indian half Malay….real double headed snake.

The Truth behind all these anti ISA rally is to serve the oppostion’s scheme to organise protests of a massive level to try to topple the govt. The these corrupt perverse politicians can rule the country mah. This ISA law has protected the country from chaos and anarchy and therefore it should remain in law.
August 2nd, 2009 at 1:14 am
Huh? “ISA law has protected… and therefore it should remain in law.” Apartment voyeur. Garbled stuff this… akin to echolalia, found in schizos.
Lets see, Ammon Hennay had this to say:
* An anarchist is defined as anyone who doesn’t need a cop to tell him what to do.
* Judge your damn laws: the good people don’t need them and the bad people don’t follow them, so what good are they?
* Being a pacifist between meals is easy as being a vegetarian between meals.
Leo Tolstoy said:
* All violence consists in some people forcing others, under the threat of suffering or death, to do what they do not want to do,
So who started the ‘violence’? Does tear gas and chemical laced water cannons fired at defenceless citizens constitute immoral force? Mah?
August 2nd, 2009 at 3:44 pm
If no ISA law, the recent rally would have gone chaotic and cause anarchy, the perfect weapon of the opposition to take over govt copycat of Philippines style democracy. It shows how desperate these poor losers of the last election would behave. Shameful lah !!!

Teoh Beng Hock Death – Hidden Witness Claims Teoh Escaped & Fell
4. At a time, Teoh requested to sleep as he could not undergo the pressure any more.
5. Teoh Escaped through the Glass Pane Window to a small place holder (which air cons are supposedly to be installed), perhaps to hide.
6. As Teoh try to escape, he maneuvered sideways through the window but got stuck & fell to the placeholder.
7. What happened from the placeholder till his death is a mystery, The writer informed us that when he fell, he might have fallen over from the Place holder as well.

Another case of Malaysian police’s ‘shoot to kill’ cases. All dead – and nobody will know the truth. Were they really robbers? Did they have weapons – was there a shoot-out? Were the ‘incriminating evidence’ planted later on, as seen in some movies?
We really must have some public inquiry by the courts – where the police will be tasked with proving their ‘wild allegations’, and also justifying the killing… Could they not have been shot in the legs,…?

ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY.
The very foundations and success of a country is Rule by the RULE OF LAW.Very unfortunately our country is going into an inverted phase.
If people voted into power who think they are above board & are fond of practicing nopotism,
money worshipping,generating conspiracies,spining lies ,using
sledge of hands, bigotries, appointing nominees for corruption
monies and the lists goes on, then we are heading towards ROT & Decay as a Nation.
It is indeed the ‘End justified it’s Means just to reach for what they want ….Power & Money.
We may now be at a key watershed moment where our fate hangs in the balance worst still having leaders with Jekyll &Hyde personality. This is indeed a lumb of confusions.
GOD IS GREAT, let us gets all the dots in place by spiritual interventions as GOOD will always prevail over the Evils.

No notes of MACC interview with Teoh
2009-08-12 15:54
SHAH ALAM: The inquest into the death of Teoh Beng Hock was shocked by the statement of a police investigating officer that no notes were made by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigating officer who questioned Teoh.
Inspector Mohd Zulaimi Zubir, 29, from the Shah Alam police district headquarters’ crime branch said the non-existence of the notes was detected during investigation on 10 pages of the official daily note book belonging to Mohd Anuar Ismail (a MACC officer) which was seized on July 18.
The lawyer appointed by the Government to assist in the inquest, Tan Hock Chuan, confirmed that Mohd Anuar was responsible for questioning Teoh.
“My examination revealed that in the book under July 8, 2009 there was noted ‘rumah/putrajaya/pejabat/tol RM’(house/putrajaya/pejabat/tol RM) only. For July 15 and 16 there were no notes made,” he said.
Teoh, 30, political aide to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah was found dead on July 16 on level five of Plaza Masalam after giving a statement as a witness into alleged abuse of state government allocations at the Selangor MACC office located in the same building. (Bernama)

Beng Hock Was Squatting In Fear Before Falling, Court Told
SHAH ALAM, Aug 18 (Bernama) — Teoh Beng Hock was in fear while being held in a squatting position on the window ledge at the 14th floor of Plaza Masalam here before he fell and died on the fifth floor, the Coroner’s Court heard Tuesday.
There were smudge marks on the window and a vertical scratch, believed to be fingerprint, showing that Teoh resisted before he fell, counsel Gobind Singh Deo, who is holding a watching brief for Teoh’s family, said at the inquest into his death.
Gobind Singh put the suggestion to Dr Prashant Naresh Samberkar, forensic pathologist from the Universiti Malaya medical Centre, who said: “It is possible.”
“I would consider the victim to be in a squatting position. In my opinion it was unlikely that the deceased was standing on the window ledge considering his height at 178cm,” said Dr Samberkar, who has more than 10 years experience in forensic pathology.

What? Squatting again? Must be usual way of interrogation.
They do this regularly in Gitmo and when people don’t have ‘proper’ sitting w.c.s’ or toilet training.
It’s called “back to nature”… and causes arthritic knees in old age -if they manage not to slip off the ledge, edge or other precarious perches.
No evidence of drugs? Why on earth, sky, sun and moon would anyone getting married on that day squat on a ledge…
