Some 80 people have died in polic custody between 2000 and 2007. Only a few deaths were referred for inquests. These are ’secret executions’ as most of the dead had evidence of trauma to their bodies…they didnot all die of natural causes. Perhaps the IGP can wake up and ask his mata mata how they killed these people. Most were of Indian origin…you can ask Samy Vellu. Families complained to the MIC and as usual they did nothing although they promised familes to move heaven and earth so light is shed. Each of those death diminishes all of us Malaysians. Of course it does not bother the IGP who has been asleep like AAB or UMNO or BN. They were too busy with other matters.

Those who died beaten by the police, can that be considered secret executions since the police always claims that the inmates death was natural.
And if there is not the case, the sudden dissepearance of Nigel Mansel in highly likely in the State of Sarawak, since he was a vocalist against de-forestation against Sarawak’s CM. And till now, nobody has seen him….

What about Francis Udayppan case??? Were not the Police responsible for anyone under their detention?
It also makes me to believe the ‘Hanged” cases in lockups are a form of secret executions!!!!

they hav got it wrong again, open execution is practiced widely here in malaysia…
when a police force is called to response to an armed criminal (well, provided tht the police gets there in time as it is not unusual for the police to intentionally delay their arrival to avoid confrontation). Their aim is not shoot to wound/arrest…. instead, the police 9/10 times shoot to kill.. (the 1/10 time is when they miss).

The guys who brought the story of some of these executions are under the ISA,the 5 Hindraf heros are blank out and kept in solitude. These killings are indeed happening around us,some are reported but most goes without any news. Those people affected by the death of their loved ones in police custody should come out in the open and report to the right NGO’s
or their elected MP’s from the Pakatan Rakyat.Let them take up the case from there. There are lot of cover-up that are waiting to be exposed.
