Rocky goes back to court on Apr 2

Blogger Ahirudin Attan’s application to strike out a defamation suit by the New Straits Times Press (NSTP) and four others was adjourned today to April 2.

Today at Wisma Denmark at 2.30pm, Rocky goes back to court to face NSTP and 4 Others. However, he says he doesn’t feel alone anymore.
“I’ve got Bloggers United behind me”.
Fear is NOT an option. Other bloggers will be there. How about you?

Last Minute Syndrome…
According to barrister Bon, the plaintiffs’ lawyers had also only served his firm the plaintiffs’ reply to affidavits around 11.00am this morning, hours before today’s hearing was scheduled to begin at 2.30pm.
This looks like the ppl either are useless bums or playing dirty…..

Why are such court procedures regularly (apparently) so blady tardy? Imagine how major surgical procedures will produce stiffs for the morque with the same sort of tardiness.
