Altantuya: Baginda opens more cans of worms
Many cans of worms were open, but not all were fully open. More and more people seem to be involved in this case of the century. Will the DPP continue to maintain that no one else was involved? Will the police start questioning more people whose names popped up in Baginda’s affidavit?
Abdul Razak Baginda revealed much in the Shah Alam court yesterday regarding his affair with Altantuya, but he did not elaborate how and why he had met her. He said that he first met Altantunya in Hongkong at the end of 2004, and in a relationship that lasted about eight months, Baginda said he gave her US$10,000 three to four times, and more.
He did not say however in what circumtances did he meet her? What is Baginda doing in Hongkong? Does he have a business dealing there? What business and is Altantuya involved in it?
Much had been mentioned about his involvement in the mysterious submarine deal but none of this had come out in his affidavit. Is Baginda telling us enough?
In the affidavit, Baginda said on Oct 17 last year, he had gone out into town with his family members when he was told by a private investigator hired by him that Altantuya was causing a commotion outside his house in Bukit Damansara. Baginda said he called ASP Musa Safri to seek his help in removing her from his house. Policemen went there later to remove her. He said Musa also told him he would send Azilah to help him.
Why did the DPP say that “no one else” was involved in the case? Shouldn’t Musa be questioned too? What is his role in this case? What is Musa’s connection with Azilah? Why is he being kept away from questioning? Who were the policement who later went there to remove her?
Abdul razak said he went to the DPM’s office on an official matter on Oct 20, where he coincidently, met Musa. ”I asked Musa what had happenned after the second commotion. Musa replied that Azilah did not come back to him. I asked him again (Musa) but he did not say anything”.
If this is so, isn’t the DPM’s office implicated in this case as well? Can DPM Najib hold his in-elegant silence much longer? If he continues to be mum, will more souls be implicated?
Abdul Razak said if he had really wanted to kill Altantuya, it would have been easier for him to pay a hired killer to eliminate her outside
Malaysia so that he would not be linked to it. The affidavit also included a statement Abdul Razak had given to the police on Oct 31. The judge said Baginda did not severe his ties with Azilah despite the latter boasting that he had killed 6 or 7 people.
But by not severing his ties with Azilah and admitting it to the judge, don’t you think he has established a motive for himself of wanting “to get rid” of Altantuya?
What is a “killer” policeman doing in the UTK, guarding DPMs and Ministers?
If it were true that Azilah had killed so many people, were there any reports filed against him?
Judge Segara asked the right question: “Why him? Is he the person to ask for help? How is he going to admonish her? The applicant should have gone to the Inspector-General of Police or the OCPD for protection. Anyway, he has got his own security. What’s his motive other than to get rid of her? So that he could sleep soundly after she disappears?.
Baginda said in his affidavit: “On Oct 20, a man, claiming to be a police officer, and two women came to my house. The man abused and threatened to harm my family. I went to lodge a police report on Oct 23″.
Who are these individuals? They are involved in the case as well but why did the DPP say there were no other involved other than those in the court house that day?

There are now as many questions, if not more, as there are answers. We will have to wait for the trial for more details to be revealed.

Probably the order of execution was given at the “rendevous.” They are all under “his” jurisdiction.
Its obvious isnt it?

Hi Susan,
Baginda’s lawyer , Wong Kian Kheong works for the legal firm M/s Lee Hishammudin Allen & Gledhill.
The “Hishammudin” here is the Kris-wielding guy, the First Cousin of Baginda’s buddy, the Mega weapons trader.
He appears to have a good track record as a criminal lawyer, but in this case appears to be making one incompetent move after another…inadvertently or deliberately??..I smell something really fishy here..
I better not say anymore..have to be careful these days with lawsuits against bloggers, stocks of C-4 available at the pasar malam (where else did those guys get hold of it ?)

Baginda said in his affidavit: “On Oct 20, a man, claiming to be a police officer, and two women came to my house. The man abused and threatened to harm my family. I went to lodge a police report on Oct 23″.
Is this a “RED HERRING” ?
The sequence of logic is that Razak asked one DSP Musa Safri.
DSP Musa Safri “instruct/ask/request” 2x UTK [may include the woman] to do some bidding on behalf of Razak.
One woman got blown up.
Razak makes Police Report about “a man who claimed to be Police Officer …”
So, it follows from the logic, this DSP Musa Safri is implicated, therefore become an accomplice to the commission of crime.
So, it follows from logic this DSP “abets” using the Oxford English Dictionary to commission a crime.

Pandora opened her Box and all the known miseries of mankind did pour forth, it was said….
Bag, if he opens the cans too wide, the (Sigourney Weaver’s)Alien Chest busting worm might escape.
Or is he carrying a Stargate’s controlling variation of the same inside?

I wonder how the case would turn out if the murder victim was to be American, and not from a fifth-rate power such as Mongolia? This is because if an American model was blown apart with c4 in malaysia, the news media in the whole world would be filled with that sensational case.

does anyone or will anyone ever tell the truth. I think his lawyer is acting silly as they have a different agenda as soon as someone helps baginda out. Word is going around that he may only serve prison till his case is up in March after which there is agreement that he would not have a problem being freed. Dont forget who is behind him all the way….I know exactly what happened after speaking to a few important people……

O saviour, they know not of the truth, only image. Watch how often the word “image” appears in any issues that’s connected with Bolehland. Tol protestors, e.g., are beaten to maintain the ‘image’ and that’s good reason enough…to maintain that surrealist concept of grandeur.

Get an exclusive from anyone of them and you gonna get very rich because it looks like the whole incident is turning out to be one darn exciting and sexciting story.
I bet that quite a few movie producers are rubbing their hands with glee.

Another award winning ’sandiwara’ with a very sad ending for sure. But believe me it’s gonna be another ‘Gone With The Wind’ movie. Yeah ….. this is Bolehland!

Im very sorry Bayi ..if you really think ,more will be revealed during the trials then you are in for a very good surprise. After all the previous high profile cases that was thrown away what would you make out of this? What? suddenly the whole truth is gonna come out just like that? Wisen up….the Malaysian people have shown so far that we have short term memory and will forget Altantuya by the next elections.Sad but true…justice for Altantuya has long gone bye bye…. but surely we always have hope…why not…Interesting enough I am in the same view about pointing out about the ASP role in this case. Why would he recommend Azilah?…what he expect Azilah to do..? Is Azilah a domestic councellor?Surely the ASP knows what Azilah’s specialty that he came in highly recommended. I say ,asked the ASP this question.
